A/N: Well, actually none of you guys requested this Hyeongjun story to me, but I actually got an idea and write down this story in a flash right after I read the meaning of AB6IX's song, which is Friendzone. "Got me in the friendzone, but I want you in my love zone"

(Y/N) POV

It's Monday and that means a brand new week with school and its stressful works. Going to school would be the last thing that I wanted to do right now. But, all of those bad thoughts were quickly washed away with the thought of meeting my bestfriend, Hyeongjun.

We've been best friends since God knows when. We always spend our time and go to school together everyday. We've known each other for the longest time ever, that now I'm starting to grow feelings that I shouldn't have feel at all towards him.

Yes, you could say that I have a crush toward Hyeongjun. Well, actually a BIG one. I guess, I've fallen in love with him.

I quickly took a shower and wear my school's uniform. I ran downstairs  and quickly gulp down a glass of milk for my breakfast. I was in a total hurry, because I kinda woke up late this morning and also I didn't want Hyeongjun to wait too long for me.

I went out of my house only to be greeted by Hyeongjun and his wide-signature grin. We walked to school hand-in-hand. It's been a habit for us to hold hands in public to show our friendship-affection, which I always hope means something more than that.

We walked to school in a comfortable silence. He hummed to X1's songs, which's his favorite kpop group since just a month ago.

He then let go of my hand. A cold breeze instantly brushed and filled my hand that were warm due to his touch just a minute ago. But, right after he let go of my hand, he playfully put his hand on my shoulder. I'm shorter than him, that's why he likes to do this to me.😒

After a few minute of silence, he asked me if it's okay for me to skipped school for just a day. Well, as long as I'm with him, it's always fine with me, I thought to myself. So, I just nodded to him as an answer. He grinned widely and started to skip happily. It was odd and I started to become suspicious of his sudden change of behaviour.

It was at the moment where we should've turned left to our school, but then he grabbed my hand and pulled me to the opposite direction. I was taken aback of his action at first, but after he assured me that he's going to take me to his secret place and that I'm gonna be just fine, I believed him and started to walk in-sync with him to this secret place that he mentioned.

We walked for a few more minutes, until Hyeongjun said that we're here. I looked ahead of me and saw a beautiful green field, filled with flowers and trees. There was a bench placed in the middle of the field, so I ran toward it while Hyeongjun skipped there, following me from behind.

I sat on the bench and starred at the scenery in front of me. It's the view of the city with all of the high buildings and busy cars stroling around it.

We looked at the scenery peacefully, until we decided to play a game that we used to play when we're still kids. We ended up chasing each other as the penalty.

The game really drained our whole energy. So we decided to just laid on the grass while staring up at the sky that's filled with clouds.

We smiled at the view. I didn't know that I was staring at Hyeongjun this whole time, until he snapped me out of it. "I know that I'm handsome, but are you done staring at me?" He blurted out whilst his eyes were staring deep into mine.

He then started singing Friendzone by AB6IX, and I just couldn't help but to get hypnotized by his soothing voice. I was immersed in his voice that I didn't realise that both of us were getting closer and closer, until our faces were only inches apart.

His eyes then trailed down to my lips and he asked for my permission first before he crashed his lips towards mine. It lasted for a good few minutes before we both broke the kiss to catch some breath.

We both smiled at each other, and he started confessing.

"Y/N, I like- no, I love you. I'm very sure of it and been enduring this feeling for years. Seeing you all happy with us only as friends hurts me so bad. I never wanted to confess my feelings to you before, because I was afraid that it might ruinned our friendship. But, I know it's now or never. I'm done admiring you from afar and I don't wanna be a coward anymore. So Y/N, would you accept my feelings and be my girlfriend?"

He stared deep into my eyes. I was speechless, so I just nodded at his question and gave him the sweetest smile ever.

He grinned widely and hugged me tightly. We both blushed at the sudden contact, but just shrugged it right after. "You'll never know how much I've been praying to God for this moment to come" I whispered to him. "Me too" he said while engulfing me with a tight bear-hug.

At the end of the day, I got mad by my parents for skipping school. But I'm all fine with it, cause in the end it's all worth it😉
