(Y/N)'s POV

They once asked "if a single answer could actually change your whole life, would you actually accept it whole-heartedly despite all of the risks?" Well, I just did.

"Y/N-ssi, are you really the twin's same age cousin?"

"You mean Eun Young and Eun Ran?" I asked back out of confuse.

He quickly answered my question by moving his head up and down with a wide grin plastered on his handsome face.

"Yeah, why did you ask tho?"

"Umm, it's just that I have this big crush on one of them, which's Eun Young. I really need a hand right now. It has been going for years and I haven't even made a single move towards her. So, can you please help me to get together with her?"

He's my classmate, Lee Eunsang. We're not even close at that moment, but I just didn't know why I ended up nodding at his requests. I knew that I just screwed things up, because I'm totally out of reach when it comes to romance-related stuff. But, there's a part of me telling me to just accept and helped him, so I decided to just said yes and go with the flow. Well it was still the old me, the naive girl I was, not even thinking of the mess that I was stepping into.

but, it was when everything started.

"How's her reaction Y/N? Does she like the present? Was she happy with the gift?"

"Eunsang-ah, slow down. Stop bombarding me with questions. Well, the answers for all of your questions is Yes, she likes your present. She really likes it, that she screamed on top of her lungs right after she opened the box."

He heaved a relieved-sigh right after hearing my answers.

"That's good then, it's such a relieve that she likes my gift. That gift is super special and I just hope that she'll wear it to school today," he widely grinned upon the thoughts of seeing Eun Young wearing his gift to school today.

I didn't know why, but seeing him smile because of another girl really turned my mood down. His smile usually would just lighten up my mood, but not for this one. It only brings me pain. Even only by the thought of it, my heart literally sank.

I can say it's an odd thing that happened to me for these past few days. Every time Eunsang asks me for a help that's related to Eun Young, I would quickly declined him or just make an excuse to avoid him. It really hurts to see him laughing with another girl that's definitely not me. Called me naïve, but I can't just hurt my own feelings. Well, I'll admit that I'm starting to have feelings towards him.

But I always tried to keep that feelings for myself. I didn't want to make Eunsang disappointed, so I decided to fulfill my promise on helping him to get together with Eun Young, even though it means I'm going to get hurt in the process. "At least I could still be happy by seeing him all cheerful and happy, even though I won't be the reason of all those laughter" I thought, but that's only what I thought. Thoughts could be mistaken anyway, right?
