Chapter 3- your lying

My mouth fell open as I stared at my sister who started to become blurry,at first I thought I was about to pass out but when Bella gave me some tissue and a strange noise came out my mouth I knew I was crying.

"I'm so sorry Danielle,"Bella wrapped her arm around my shoulder and Charlie walked in.

"I had to tell her some dad, she was so confused" Charlie sighed and sat on the other couch running a hand through his short brown hair.

"how much?"

"That she was raped"

"Danielle, I know your confused but I called Carlisle and when he gets here he'll explain everything" I nodded wiping my face with some more tissue "do you know who it was?" they both shook their head, and I knew I was the only one who knew my attacker but I repressed the memory and I don't know who it is.

Ding dong

Charlie went and got the door, and came back with Carlisle,Edward,Alice,and jasper. I blushed and looked down still remembering the way his lips felt on mine "Charlie told me Bella told you, you were raped...I'm sorry," Carlisle said sitting down next to me because Bella had moved to stand by her boyfriend Edward. "Carlisle, why was I at your house and not here?" he looked at Charlie and sighed

"you've been staying with us since you got out the hospital,so I could keep and eye on you and-"

"So you can remember what you and I had" jasper said cutting Carlisle off "jasper!" Carlisle warned but that had already caught my attention 'what you I had' what did we have? jasper knelt in front of me and grabbed my hand.

"Ellie please remember you love me and I love you with all my heart,you mean the world to me please"

I stared into Jasper's eyes and felt my self leaving my head:

~Flashback~

I was on the ground hold my legs and left hand to my chest, my left hand hurting like hell "lets play driving the car in to the garage".....after the figure ripped my clothes off I was laying on the ground naked, watching the figure undressed "please I won't tell anyone, don't do this please!" I begged, he laughed and laid on top of me "but I want too" and with that pain exploded through my whole body as he forced himself into me "ahhhh!!!!!!"

~End of Flashback~

I pushed Jasper's hand away and fell to the ground backing away from everyone. I really was raped!! "Carlisle you promised he wouldn't push her to remember!" Charlie yelled standing up, red in the face.

I couldn't take my eyes away from jasper, I saw his eyes starting to water as he stared at how afraid I was of him.

"Charlie I promise you that won't happen again, jasper go wait in the car" he slowly stood up and ran out the house. For some reason my heart squeezed at his pain.

"tomorrow she'll be going back to school, I'll have Alice and Bella stay with her"

I stood up and looked at them "does that mean I can hang out with mike?"

Everyone looked at Carlisle who looked at Charlie.

"um.. sweetheart,I think until you get your memory back you should stay away from him"

I knew what Charlie was saying, he thinks it was mike... it couldn't have been.

"I remember a little... and the man who raped me was... stronger, taller, and had a deeper voice"

Carlisle stepped forward "the parts you remember, can you put them in order"

I starting thinking about what I remembered "um... there was this memory where jasper and I were kissing and it was dark, I think it was before I was attacked"

Carlisle was nodding, which told me I was on track " I had to tell mike something... but I can't remember what, then I was walking and a dark car pulled up and I couldn't see the man but he got out, I guess I ran into the woods somehow I broke my hand then h-he..." I stopped myself unable to say anymore

Carlisle nodded "that's very good especially for your first day,at this rate you could have your memory back by the end of the week and the man who attacked you will be behind bars"

I nodded and hugged him" thank you"

"Your welcome... lets go back now, see you later Charlie"

Carlisle grabbed my hand and helped my out the house into the car.... next to jasper "thanks Carlisle" he nodded and started driving.

' I was running through the woods again, and I had a feeling I was being chased by the man who raped me "Danielle you can't run from me" the man appeared in from of me and I fell "no no please!" I covered my face hoping he would leave me alone already "I thought when I raped you, you would die.... but a repressed memory is even better, I mean I could be standing by you right now and you would never know" I took a deep breath if he was going to talk then may be I could get some answers out of him "why?... why did you go after me?" he got in my face and I could feel his breath on my nose "I wanted to hurt that bastard!" my heart started being "who?" he laughed and shook his finger in my face "I told you something now you have to give me something" the dark figure reached down and ripped my pants off '

I sat upright breathing hard oh my god what the hell is going on in my head?!?!?!

My room at the Cullen's house was dark and I didn't like the fact that I could see the woods that scared the shit out of me so I climbed out of bed and tip toes down the hall to a white door.

I don't know how I knew, I just knew this was the door I silently tapped three times and waited for it to open.

"Ellie, what are doing out of bed? are you hurting?" I wrapped my arms around his neck and laid my head against his chest, he was surprised for a moment before lifting my legs around his waist and closed the door.

I wanted to end this chapter right here as a cliffhanger but I couldn't do that this chapter was so fun writing

He laid me on the bed and hovered over me "whats wrong?" I sighed and jasper rolled on his back pulling me next to him.

"I had a dream about....HIM... but even in the dream I couldn't see him, he said he raped me to get back at somebody but I don't even know who he is, less likely know who the hell he's trying to get back at" I whispered really angry at how shitty my life was right now... well not a the moment because of Jasper's arm was around me.

"I wish you would remember already, its killing me"

I chuckled "why don't you just tell me then?" I said hoping me plan would work and he would tell me what happened that night but he shook his head.

"I can't, Carlisle said if I tell you what happened and your brain tried to remember it all at the same time you'd be overwhelmed and lose you mind"

I chuckled more "you mean go crazy?"

jasper looked at me with no hint of humor in his eyes.

"yes" he simply said.

I stopped laughing and kissed his cheek "then help me try to remember".

He kissed my lips "I'll do everything in my power to" with that jasper wrapped a blanket around me and I fell into a dreamless sleep which was the best thing for a person who repressed a memory.
