Chapter 6- darkness

I was to shaken to fall asleep, so I laid in bed staring at the ceiling. How does he know so much.... Tears slid out the corners of my eyes as I started thinking that HE is watching me and I don't know who he is.

Why can't I just know who HE is so HE can just leave me alone, I mean I didn't think I would ever see him again and then pops in my room like he lives here. I sat up what was I going to do?

Knock knock

"Come in"

The doors opened and Bella walked in "hey, Charlie told me you were here.... you okay?"

I looked down and shrugged.Can I tell Bella? I felt the corner of my bed go down and looked up at Bella "HE was here Bella, HE threatened me" I whispered, Bella's eyes grew wide as she realized who I was talking about then she jumped up with her phone in her hand "what are you doing?" I asked standing up but she just held up her finger and put the phone to her ear .

"Edward, you need to get over here..... I think you should bring jasper and Emmet to be safe" I heard his muffled voice but couldn't tell what he was saying "I'll explain when you get here, just hurry... oh and bring Carlisle too"

She hung up the phone and looked at me "did he hurt you? I wanted Carlisle over here just in case" I hugged myself and shook my head, i lied even though that's what I begged him not to do.

"come on, let's to downstairs"

Bella grabbed my hand and pulled me down stairs to the living room to see charlie laying across the big couch watching the game until he saw us.

"what happened? are you okay?" he got up and helped Bella sit me down.

"I'm fine..."

The door rang and Bella went to go get it "Carlisle what's going on?" Charlie asked. Carlisle looked at Bella confused then to Charlie.

"Bella told us to come ASAP"

jasper came into the room and stood against the wall looking at the floor even though I wanted him to sit next me, was he mad at me?

My eyes started to water and Edward looked at me Edward I need jasper.... Edward walked to jasper side and whispered something in his ear whatever it was got jasper to snap his head up and looked at me. then he crossed the room sat on the couch and pulled me into his chest.

"I'm sorry, I thought you would want your distant from me" he kissed my head and I wrapped my arms around his waist I didn't want to let go.

" okay so Danielle told me something..." Bella started and looked at me, I took a deep breath not wanting to say anything.

"about maybe almost an hour ago.... that guy.... HE was in my room! he threatened me!"

I felt jasper freeze and I heard this strange noise inside his chest that was slipping through his teeth.

"HE WAS HERE?!?!"

Jasper jumped up angry and the tears in my eyes pooled over Carlisle crossed the room and crouched in front of me, jasper growled and Carlisle glared at him before looking back at me. I guessed jasper still thinks Carlisle's gonna hurt me.... wait did I say jasper growled? WTF?!

"Did he hurt you Danielle?"

I wiped my face, shaking my head "no.... He didn't" I said to quickly.

Which didn't fool jasper at all "Danielle," he said in a warning tone I looked at him then down at my hands.

"I don't know how to say it..." I whispered

"Did he rape you?" Carlisle asked, I shook my head "he... f-fingered m-me" everyone went quiet and I heard growling through the whole room.
