(Harper's POV)
"What the hell is that thing?!"
"Who cares?! Shoot it!!"
I flew up and readied my talons for the kill. I dodged their bullets and sliced their throats. They went down like flies to the ground. Suddenly, a tall male grabbed me and we landed on a rooftop. "Now what do I have here?" I looked up at his face. He saw my face and looked like he saw a ghost. "Cassandra?" He asked and I raised a eyebrow. I glanced behind the man and saw Levi. "Let her go, Kenny." He said and Kenny turned to look at him. "How? How do you know my mother's name?!" I yelled. I noticed his skin color is similar to mine. "You'll find out soon enough, daughter." He said and hit my head hard.
Everything went black...
(Levi's POV)
Kenny knocked Harper out and called her 'daughter'. "As for you, Levi. We'll continue this another time." He said before taking Harper with him.
~ Memory Flashback: 2 months ago ~
I found the brats sitting under a tree and approached them. Harper noticed me and waved. "Hi Levi, come sit with us!" She said. I leaned against the tree and they continued talking. "So Harper, what were your parents like? I bet they were sweet." Potato girl said. "I actually don't know who my father is. My mother said his name started with a K. My mother, Cassandra, was the nicest mom ever! I was almost three when she...but my mentor Emma found me and took me in as her own. I'm very grateful for her. I owe Emma my life." She explained.
~ Memory Flashback End ~
"Eren!!"
I snapped out of my trance and stopped Mikasa from pursuing them.
~ Time Skip: 10:45 pm ~
(???'s POV)
I teleported to where Harper's energy was strong and it took me to a warehouse/storage place. I heard voices to my right and approached with caution. "What about Harper?" A horse looking boy asked the raven hair midget. My eyes widened when he mentioned my student's name. My blood boiled in rage. I snuck behind him and put my hand over his mouth so he wouldn't scream. "Now, how the hell do any of you know Harper Rose?" I calmly asked with a hint of anger.
I was already disguised in my human form and I wasn't afraid of their petty threats. "Who are you, demoness?" The raven hair shorty asked as he saw my black nails. I looked down at him.
"My name is Emma, Emma Michaelis."
