"I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT HEAVENLY RAE HOWARD!" Taraji yelled entering the house, Heaven on her heels as Lani looked at the two.

"Mama I...."

"NO! ROOM NOW!" Taraji spat feeling anger swelling in her.

"I'm..."

"5....4...3...2...." Heaven ran up the stairs not wanting to know what happened at 1. Lani pouted feeling left out. She watched Taraji grab a chair and climb it. Next thing she knew pictures of her dad alone were crashing to the floor. Jumping back she watched gawking at her mother. Marcel running down the stairs with a bat thinking something was wrong. Seeing his mom throwing pictures he groaned.

"Lani go play with your dollies...." He ordered so she didn't get hurt. Lani nodded slowly walking away.

"What he do now?" Marcel groaned leaning in the doorway. Taraji glanced at him a new found anger flowing, she let out a scream of frustration tempted to rip down the ones where he wasn't alone.

"Let me geuss you found out Hev was lying. Was she with him?.....They must have been doing this a fat minute huh?" He asked going to get a broom dustpan.

"Y'all must be argued blah jay blah jay, said some things. Your feelings hurt?" He presses trying to get her to open up. She looked at him pain swirling in her eyes.

"Not right now Cel...please." She spoke walking to her office. He grumbled sweeping and vacuuming, trashing all the pictures before going into Heavens room. With a stern face he was ready to give Heaven the ass whipping Taraji couldn't but when he saw her crying he froze. She looked up at him and suddenly rushed him with a hug.

"I'm so sorry dad's an asshole, a shit father, and a complete jackass. You don't deserve that Cel, I'm sorry." She whimoered into his chest real hard sobs leaving her.

"What are you talking about?" He groaned drying her face. She was hesitant yo tell him. If anybody was Terry it really was Marcel and in an instant that was all she could see. His eyes darkened his face turning stone cold. Prying out of her arms he jogged down the hall, Heaven ran after him afraid of what he was going to do.

"Cel what are you... Heaven I told you to go to your room!" Taraji snapped putting down her glass of wine, Heaven itiching for an ass whipping in her book. When she saw Cel swing open the front door bat in hand she jumped into action.

"Marcel Dashon...." He growled at his middle name, with all his might he swing the bat at his car. The one Terrence bought him.

"Marcel stop!" Heaven yelled, the yelling attracting neighbors attention. Soon they had an audience watching from their doorways and porches as Marvel went bat shit on his car. All windows busted, dents everywhere. Pulling out his pocket knife he started slashing the interior cutting hiself in the process.

"Marcel baby...Oh my god!" Taraji rushed out running to him, seeing the wide gash on his arm.

He stopped looking at the blood dripping from his forearm. Cupping it he hissed, Taraji smacked theknife out of his hand ranting and raving in his face. Dragging him by the shirt he pulled back putting his bloody hand print on the good of the car and spelling out fuck you. He was numb as Taraji dragged him to the car, unaware that heaven had grabbed Lani and they were zooming to the hospital.

Pulling up to a stop sign Taraji grabbed his arm wrapping a scarf she had in the car around it tightly. She knew it was deep but she didn't know how deep all she could see was the blood dripping onto his pants. In the moment she was just scared and taking all precautions.

Looking out the window his thoughts were draining him. What was wrong with him? Why was it always just him? Why he have to be so different? All he's ever wanted was the same attention all his kids got, yet here he was an outsider to the party not getting claimed. He was hsving another kid that was going to be the attention he desired. Deep down inside no matter what he was always looking for his dad's approval, of him, of his life. That's all he wanted, he kept him at a distance because much like his mother once those doors opened it was just pain he brought.
