"Daddy, I miss Mommy." Beth said, looking at Puck through tears after lunch.

"Come here, B." Puck replied as he picked Beth up and put her on his lap. "I miss her, too."

"When is she coming back?" Beth cried.

Puck frowned as he glanced at Quinn, who was seated beside him.

"She doesn't understand." Quinn said softly. "I really thought she did."

"She will." Puck promised as he took Quinn's hand and squeezed it. "Let's just get her home."

Quinn nodded, and she and Puck left money for their check and got up.

They left the diner and headed back to Rachel's apartment.

"Oh, good. You're back." Rachel noted. "The lawyer just got here."

"Hey." Finn said softly. "The lawyer's at the dining room table. Do you guys want Rachel's dads to watch Beth while we all sit down inside?"

"She should get some rest." Rachel suggested.

"Yeah, I'll get Leroy to watch her." Finn decided as he walked away.

Puck put Beth down as Leroy returned.

"Beth, let's go get you a glass of water." Leroy said as he took the young blonde's hand and led her to the kitchen while the young adults headed to the dining room and took their seats.

"Sweetheart, this is Mr. Roger Daniels, Shelby's lawyer." Hiram said as he looked at Rachel. "Mr. Daniels, this is my daughter, Rachel, her husband, Finn, and their friends, Quinn and Noah."

Mr. Daniels nodded and looked at Rachel. "I'm sorry for your loss. Miss Corcoran always spoke so highly of you."

"Thank you." Rachel said softly as Finn took her hand.

"You look just like her." The lawyer noted.

Rachel nodded.

Mr. Daniels cleared his throat. "Well, let's get into this, shall we? Miss Corcoran had very specific instructions."

"Let's go through it." Rachel replied.

"First and foremost, she wrote if something is to ever happen to me, I want Rachel to focus on her career and Finn, and I want Beth to be raised by her biological father, Noah Puckerman."

Everyone's heads turned to look at Puck.

"She said he's always been good to her and if something happens to me, she needs him. He deserves a second chance at being her parent." Mr. Daniels continued reading. "I want him to have full custody."

"Me?" Puck questioned the lawyer.
