Just so that y'all know I'm alive, and reading everything. In reply to someone on FFdotN. Though I will endeavour to make it more obvious or even pointing it out. I did mention that Rachel has gone to a college for the arts, including acting, so a lot of the "yelling" at Loki is out of character for her, but it's her acting as well as the fear and worry of the situation accumulating and taking its toll on her. Though her reaction to him asking for the drink is a mix of her sassy self, along with her anger over what had happened with her kidnapping and very short imprisonment, and if you ask me it's a very mild reaction to it. But the coldness and out of characterness towards Loki when she is trying to get information is a shock factor almost. A quick switch in character is a good way of getting people off-centre and to get them to slip up and give information. Most people don't expect it, and it worked, she got the information she wanted, and usually if a woman acts erratic like that, though not so much nowadays, it was chalked up to Female Hysteria. When you know how to force yourself to feel certain emotions fully to the point where people don't actually know that you are faking/acting then that's when it's best to use that tactic. And Natasha did the exact same thing not even two moments later when she goes in and pretends to be "hurt" by Loki's threats and when she got the plan for releasing the Hulk. I do apologize if it came out clunky and not very noticeable on that was what she was doing, and I will try to fix that.

That being said....The next chapter is in the works....But I do want to let everyone know that...I am not sure when I will be able to update again, I am being evicted from my current home and having to move rather quickly, and it's not even a fully planned "this is where I am going" thing, this is more of a "Stuff is hittin the fan and things are going wrong"
