"Why did you do that?" Jin asked her instead of answering her question.

Hana was surprised by the question. "Do what?"

"Stop me from beating that guy up?"

"Because you did not have to. That was my problem. I could deal with him on my own." Hana tried to sound as calm as possible.

Jin let out a fake laugh. "Deal with him? You were literally helping the guy after I punched him."

Hana sighed. "You know what? Let's not talk about this." She picked the packed flowers up and began to leave.

"Hey, wait!" Jin ran behind her and caught her wrist just before she could exit the shop.

"You're running away from the problem now." Jin spoke.

Hana couldn't keep calm anymore. "Look, this is my problem. I can deal with it, run away from it or just ignore it."

"You can't. You need to deal with it. He hurt you and even now, when I'm talking about him, I can see the pain in your eyes."

"So, you're sayin" Hana spoke with an almost intimidating tone, "that he hurt me?"

"Yes." Jin almost felt a sense of satisfaction in his reply.

Hana slowly averted her eyes to her wrist that Jin was still holding, "But, aren't you doing the same?"

Jin looked down at her wrist and realised how tight his grip was around it. He immediately let go of her wrist and apologized. He held her hand again, gently this time, and noticed the red marks his fingers had left. He looked up at Hana to see her holding back tears hurt him so much.

"I am so sorry, Hana."

"It doesn't matter. You aren't any different."

uhm.. heyyy whoever is still reading . i'm sorry i didn't update for so long because i lost all my drafts long ago and i felt demotivated to write again but i'll try my best to finish this book .
