AN/////////everything happened except for infinity war + endgame. That hasn't happened yet. They sorted things out after civil war, but Tony still isn't comfortable with Steve and Bucky, even though he has forgiven our angel, Bucky.

Peter was excited. I mean who wouldn't be when their are about to meant the FREAKIN' AVENGERS!! He was nervous too, he had all these thoughts in his head.
"What if they don't like me? What if the think that I'm too young to be an avenger. What if they think I'm some dumbass Teen. What if- "
"Whoa kid, calm down, get that look off your face! I get your nervous, but c'mon. Give these guys some credit. They're the 'FREAKIN' AVENGERS' as you so eloquently put it." Tony chuckled.
"What?" Peter replied, stupidly
"You were thinking out loud, kid." Tony smirked at younger boy, but dropped it as he saw the kid's pale face "You feeling alright, Underoos?" Tony asked.
"It's time to go in now, Mr Stark. It's half past."
"Already?? Whoa, time's moving rather quickly today, uh bud?"
"It knows I'm about to meet 'Earth's Mightiest Heroes' "
Peter took a deep breath and followed after his mentor.
"You ready??"
"As I'll ever be" Peter thought. He looked up at Mr Stark and took another deep breath, clutched his backpack straps tightly and walked in.
" I want as much info as you guys can get an- Stark! How kind of you to join us." Nick Fury, Director of S.H.I.E.L.D, said sarcastically.
"Hey! Calm down, eye patch Being me is hard work! "
"Yeah right, being a billionaire is extremely hard." Clint Barton, Hawkeye, retorted rolling his eyes.
"Having money isn't everything, Bar-"
"Who's the kid?" said an innocent voice, belonging to Bucky Barnes - the Winter Soldier.
These 3 words made everyone stop in what they were doing and turn towards Tony and Peter.
"Isn't he your intern, Tones? What's he doin' here" asked Colonel James Rhodes, better know as Rhodey or War Machine.
"What's an intern? Is that like an assistant?" Clint whispered to Natasha Romanoff, Black Widow, who, in turn, glared at him which caused him to shrink back in his seat.
"I was just asking...."
Everyone rolled their eyes at the two, whose friendship was like a brother- sister relationship. Much like Wanda and Pietro's.
"But on a serious note. Who is he??"
Peter hated the fact that he hadn't been addressed yet....
You'd think at least one of them had manners, but noOoOoOoOoO. Talk about me as much as you want. Talk about whatever you wan-
"Hi I'm Wanda and this is Pietro (fight me), my twin. What's your name?" Wanda Maximoff, Scarlet Witch, asked softly, interrupting Peter's inner rant.
"I'm Peter Par-"
"TONY!" Steve suddenly shouted. Tony, who up until this point was distracted on his new Stark phone, looked up as him in confusion
" He isn't a result of one of your one night stands, is he?!?"
Tony's eyes widen at this and Peter blushed furiously and looked down
"I'm his intern." He said quietly.
"Actually, he more than that. " Tony explained grabbing Peter, who looked up in alarm.
"This kid is Spider-Man"
