Marinette walked home, her shoes tip tapping on the sidewalk. She hummed Angel with a Shotgun, tapping her fingers to the beat. Gendabenda watched the teen from above, nearly ready to transform her. She dipped the tip of her pencil in blue ink. Shee took aim at the dark-haired girl.
She fired.
It hit her in the back.
Marinette gasped in surprise as the blast pelted her. Marinette struggled for Oxygen. Everything ached.
She eventually got up and ran to her bakery, overwhelmingly nauseous. She barely managed to open the door before she collapsed.
Her mother ran towards her in a sense of urgency.
"Ma-ma?"
Everything went black.
When she(?) woke up, the was no mre pain. Marinette lifted her(?) head from the pink tiger pillow. She(?) lifted her hand in front of her face. It seemed normal enough. Marinette pulled off her covers, not looking down. She walked towards the ringing phone on her(?) pink nightstand.
"Hello?"
"Girl are you okay?!" Alya asked, sounding scared.
"I think so, why?"
"Didn't you get hit by the transformation ray?"
