When we got to our table, Ari and Abby were already there and when they saw us they instantly looked at me grinning.

I just rolled my eyes in response, "Ari, Abby this is Sam and Aiden. Sam and Aiden this is Ari and Abby."

"Wait don't you find it weird that they're names rhyme?" Sam said.

"Idiot those are there nicknames," Aiden rolled his eyes at Sam.

"Well those are weird nicknames," Sam murmured.

"Okay...." I say and turn to Abby and Ari. "They want to sit with us now so jeah...."

"Jeah?" Sam and Aiden ask in unison

"Jeah," I simply answered, and that's how we spent our lunch talking about weird things and Aiden and I arguing for the randomest things.

* * * * * *

"Sam you HAVE to tell them about your greatest embarrassment!" Aiden told Sam.

Sam laughed, "Your right! Oh god that was hila-"

"Just tell us already!" I yelled

"Okay, okay so it was the basketball championship, it was before I moved here by the way,we were tied and only seconds were left. I know, I know very cliche, but the point is I, the athletic basketball player, I was about to make the last shot to win, but somehow I ended up tripping and falling missing the shot by who knows how far and losing the championship for the team."

Everyone started laughing and Danny's face turned so red I swear I thought he was going to turn into a tomato.

"You. Are. Officially. An. Idiot," I said between breaths.

When everyone quieted we all looked at Sam weirdly.

"Okay someone's turn to say their greatest embarassment," he told us.

So that's what we did and in each one we all got a big laugh. I said that when I had a soccer game I went to the wrong park and looked everywhere until I got a call of my team but I found a team of soccer players there so I played with them instead and when we went back to practice the next day everyone was laughing at me.
I mean they offered me a spot,I couldn't just deny.
Danny said when he was at a college football game and he tripped down the stairs while being at the big screen, so EVERYONE that was at the game saw it. Abby said that once when she was at the mall on the escalators going down, and that instead of stepping on the steps she somehow missed and ended up falling flat on her face; everyone was laughing at her. Ari said that when she was seven-how does she remember this? Beats me- she was at her sister's wedding and she was the person holding the back of her sister's wedding dress. While doing this she was eating a lollipop and then somehow the lollipop fell and landed right on the wedding dress. She tried to take it off but failed and the bride had to go to the altar so there she sat glaring at the lollipop until she couldn't stand it. She then went crawling to the bride and right when she was about to take the lollipop off, everyone turned to stare at her and she was there just buried in embarrassment. Aiden said that once in one of his theater performance-is it weird I find that hot?- someone changed his script so he said all the wrong things while everyone laughed and some even recorded it. it wouldn't have been that bad if the lines were complete gibberish, so he was stuck there trying to figure out how to read it.
I learned from all of this that Sam and Aiden barely came to our school this year.

By the time everyone told there story I swear I was out of breath and felt like I was about to get asthma.

Before anyone could say anything Ervin told us break was over and to head to the practice room.

Well what a great but weird break.I smiled to myself, two more added to our unique gang.
