It's been 4 days since the school shooting happened.

Luckily no one died, but lots of kids and a few staff members got hurt.

The cops don't have a lead on who the culprits were as of yet.

I know this was James and Lavinius' doing.

I'm no fool.

The school has been closed down since the shooting.

Principal Armstrong said school will resume on Monday.

Truth be told I don't wanna go, but I know my parents are just gonna drag me there.

I've been to see Derrick and Evan every day.

I apologized to Derrick for everything that happened with Savon and Les.

I felt so horrible hearing how I... Savon treated Derrick.

He forgave me, but it doesn't stop me from feeling bad.

We'll get more into that later...

This morning my whole family is coming over for brunch...Grandma Eve, Grandpa George, Ms. Lola, Grandma Jess, Grandpa Roy, Uncle Randall, Uncle Erik, Uncle Jensen, Chelsea, Baby Joey, Noah, Aunt Jasmine, Kalie, and Lance.

I hope these folks know how to act this time around.

Mom and Dad are in the kitchen cooking while me, Milan, Dylan, and Garrett are in the living room.

MILAN: I CAN'T TELL Y'ALL HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO HAVE THE WEEK OFF. I CAN SLEEP IN AS LATE AS I WANT AGAIN.

There's a knock at the door.

DYLAN: I'LL GET IT.

DYLAN: OH IT'S JUST YOU TWO.

JESS: THAT'S NOT HOW YOU INVITE SOMEONE IN.

DYLAN: (SARCASTICALLY) COME ON IN AUNT JESS AND UNCLE ROY.

JESS: THAT'S BETTER.

Grandma Jess and Grandpa Roy came in.

Dylan closed the door.

JESS: EVE ISN'T HERE YET IS SHE?

MILAN: NOT YET, BUT I'M SECRETLY HOPING SHE CHANGES HER MIND AND STAYS HOME, BUT THAT WON'T HAPPEN. SHE KNOWS GRANDPA GEORGE AND MS. LOLA ARE COMING OVER.

JESS: LOLA IS A BEAUTIFUL PERSON. GEORGE AND LOLA​ LOOK SO GREAT TOGETHER.

ROY: I'VE NEVER SEEN HIM MORE HAPPIER THAN HE'S BEEN THESE PAST FEW MONTHS.

MILAN: HE SAYS LOLA'S THE BEST THING THAT'S EVER HAPPENED TO HIM.

GARRETT: IT'S NICE TO SEE GRANDPA GEORGE TRULY HAPPY AND NOT FAKING A SMILE FOR THE MASSES.
