the physic.
always there to heal.
even if the ones you're healing,
have had no interest in how you feel.
a physic is expected
to care for those around him.
but even they need breaks,
and they're always much needed.
tell me, physic,
why you feel so tired.
is it because you're attempting to grab
the attention of the girl
with fire
in her eyes?
physics feel alone,
even though their work revolves around others.
because nobody stays long enough
to care for one another.
a physic cannot feel tied,
to the poet any longer,
for the poet is destined to fly,
with the one and only pilot.
