crush x jealous!reader - Part 2

~ Hello, loves! This is for you lovely people! Go, fly, my little birds!!! ~

I sat in silence at the table while my friends talked and laughed around me. I poked the food that was on my plate with my fork, not feeling hungry.

After dinner was over, I threw away the food that I hadn't touched and started to walk slowly out from the dining hall. 

I walked through the rain with my arms wrapped in a tight hug around myself. Staring at the waterfall, I could feel the cold seeping through my drenched clothes. I sat on the rocks around the bank and replayed the scenes of (C/N) and (R/N) together. Even though the sky was filled with clouds before, it began to get noticeably darker as I sat and listened to the sound of the water. I made no effort to get up and go back to my cabin or to the gym.

"(Y/N)?"

I turned and saw a tall figure standing in the rain. 

"(C/N)?"

(C/N) came and sat next to me. "What are you doing?"

I looked in the other direction, shivering. 

"Come on, tell me..." He wrapped his arms around me, trying to warm me up.  I rested my head on his shoulder and we sat with the rain pouring on us.

Eventually, (C/N) told me we should go back to the rest of the group. I nodded and we began walking back to the others. 

(C/N) turned to me before we had gotten very far. "There is something I have to tell you, (Y/N)." He paused. "I... I have loved you - more than you can imagine - for... a few years now..." He looked at me with hope in his eyes. 

I lowered my head and stuffed it into his arms. He placed his hand under my chin and tilted my head upwards, smiling. He leaned down and kissed my lips. He looked at me, wrapping his arms tighter around me. 

"I love you," (C/N) whispered.

I backed out of his arms and held his hand as we started to walk. "I love you, too"

"Why," he started after a moment. "Why were you sitting in the rain...?"

I lifted my red eyes to meet his gaze, "No one can see me cry."

~      Sorry that was kinda short -  Omgourd like me XD  - uhhhhhuhhhhehhehhhh nervous laughter. Sorry I haven't updated in a while; I've been a little overwhelmed with school and stuffs. But yeah there ya go :D     ~
