Luke-You See Your Ex

You had been out and about with Luke for the past 2 hours looking for random things to buy. Every time you looked directly at his face, the guilt spread across your mind.

Luke had asked you out multiple times before. Because of your last boyfriend, you weren't sure if you could trust him. Of course, he was your best friend and you knew he loved and cared about you just as much as you did him, but you didn't want to risk being lied to again.

Story time!

About a month and a half ago, you had put all your trust into a boy you thought who loved you. One night, he talked you into finally letting yourself go. The 'I live you's' shared between the two of you, you thought were genuine...oh how you were wrong.

And so here comes tomorrow, he broke up with you and just a few days later, you found out that he only got with you because he wanted to feel what it was like with a virgin. Your heart was shattered. To this day, you feel ashamed of yourself. You had planned on saving yourself for someone who loved you.

"Y/N? Y/N!" Luke yells, snapping you out of your flash back.

"Sorry what did you say?"

"I asked what you planned on doing this weekend."

"Oh I uh wanted to-" you cut your sentence short when you noticed a familiar face heading toward you. Your ex, Ryan.

"Y/N!" he yells enthusiastically."Just the girl I wanted to see!"

"Get away from me!" you scream. Luke eyes you both. He knew what happened between you and immediately stood up.

"Listen, I've been looking for you and I wanted to apologize. I'm sorry I left you. Ok? I want you back."

"What do you not understand about 'Get the fuck away from me'!"

"Please Y/N?!"

"Ryan you lied to me!" tears brim from your eyes.

"One little lie? Are you kidding me?!"

"You took something that I had been saving for someone who actually loved me!" You were causing a scene but you were to caught up in the moment.

"But I do love you!"

"No you don't!"

"You don't know that if you don't give me a chance!"

"Ryan I really think you should leave her alone."

"Is this who your with now? Your scrawny, tree friend who's in the ridiculous band!?" he throws his head back in laughter.

"Don't you dare call him that you bastard!" you cry even harder before your hand reaches up and skids across his face. He stumbles back before looking at you in astonishment. You run out of the small café and into the husky weather of the out doors. Flurries drifted down as you sobbed away your emotions. You felt 2 arms wrap around you with a tight grip.

"Get aw- Luke" you notice as you turn around. You immediately hug his broad figure and cry full on once again.

"Thank you for being there when I needed you!" you cry.

"Always...Y/N please don't cry. It only breaks my heart." he says. Your hug lasts a while, your head still deep in his chest.

"I'm sorry. I just didn't expect to see him and I didn't think I would end up like this."

"I understand but you need to stay strong. He'll know your weakness and use it against you." You nod. "I promise I won't ever let him touch you again." When he finishes, you look up to him and kiss him with no fear.

"Thank you and...yes."he stares at you oddly.

"Yes for what?"

"Yes I'll be your girlfriend." his dimples show and he kisses you again.

"You're finally mine. All mine."
