"Almost finished." you mumble and you finish up wrapping the last gift and slide it under your tree.
"Done! Oh one last thing." you pick up the box of tinsel and toss it all over the tree. "There." You suddenly hear a loud crash outside.
"Luke!" You run outside and see him sprawled on the floor. He had been setting up lights all around the exterior of the house.
"What happened?"
"I just uh slipped on a patch of ice." He states standing up. He groans at the pain he just suffered.
"Ow! I think I hurt my back." he pouts.
"Come inside. You can finish up tomorrow, okay?"
"Okay." (LOLOLOLOLOLOL) You grab him by the arm and walk slowly with him inside. He sits slowly on the couch, grunting.
Then you walk to the kitchen and pour hot water in to a rubber pouch. You bring it to him and place it on his lower back.
"Better?" You ask.
"Perfect." he kisses your cheek.
"Well while you hold that, I'm gonna go upstairs to the attic to get a few more decorations." You begin to walk toward the latter in the hallway but Luke stops you.
"Y/N wait!" He yells.
"Yeah?"
"You're standing under the mistletoe!" A cheeky smile takes over his pain stricken face. You look up at the object he's holding over your head. His cellphone is enlightened with an animated picture of mistletoe. You mentally face palm yourself.
"That's cheating!" You giggle.
"No it's not." he laughs smashing his lips against yours.
"You sure are a cheeky boy, aren't you?"
"Yep."
