Love at First Fight

The Labyrinth of Gedref part 1

Willow's POV
  This morning Arthur and Merlin left for a hunt leaving us girl alone. "We should all go do something!" Oh this girl. "Like what Jade?" Gwen replied as she fixed Morgana's hair. They all plotted what they wanted to do as I sat back and watched. "Lady Willow the king wishes to see you." I told the girls I'd be right back and left. 
   As I was standing with Uther, Arthur walked in holding a unicorns horn. Oh this is going to get bad. I looked at Merlin with worry and he looked confused. That poor unicorn. So much bad luck is to come and we must suffer. Uther is very pleased with him but we aren't. I started collecting food and water knowing something could go wrong. I also have a little girl to feed and I'm not letting her starve like that again. Later on in the day we were called down into town by the king. "Every single ear has died. We've received reports that.." I zoned out and walked away disappointed at them. They are so stupid I swear. I quickly found Jade and the other's in Morgana's room still. "Hello ladies I am back." Jades hair was braided and styled very pretty. After I returned Gwen did. "Water turned to sand and rations are very low." I nodded already figuring this would happen. I made sure to keep the girls in the room until dinner time. 
  Night time rolled around and we ate everyone  little dinner and sent off to bed. Everyone has a curfew, I mean I don't I'm a knight. I still went to bed with Jade as Arthur did patrol. Merlin was trying to catch that rat in Arthur's room when I walked by but oh well. I didn't get a lot of sleep but that doesn't bother me. I just played in bed thinking of everything and how I've barely used magic recently. Thought about how I have Jade and that I'm even happier. The night went slowly with tossing and turning. Jade ended up laying her head on my shoulder. I fell asleep after that and had about 3 ish hours of sleep. I wasn't woken up by a maid, no Arthur woke Jade and I up. "Love get up." He shook me gently and kissed my cheek. I just spooned Jade and drifted back to sleep. "Mommy get uuuuup." I hummed a no with a small smile and pulled her closer. "Come on mommy, daddy needs us up." "Fine,  fine. I'm up." I kissed Jade's forehead and walked behind my changing bored and changed. After I was done I quickly changed Jade and feed her. That whole day I sat reading and showing her little pieces of my magic. She said she wouldn't tell anyone and that she loved it! Again I gave her the food I rationed and I had very little that night making sure she didn't suffer. "Jade what is your favorite animal?" She gave me a few but one really stuck out. She said unicorns and I knew what to do. "Let's go on an adventure shall we?" She nodded quickly and took off to the horses. I grabbed out cloaks and followed her. I tied hers onto her and mine on me and we rode off. "Where are we going?" I smiled as we strolled into the forest. "Hopefully see a unicorn." She started looking around like I was. "Look mommy it's a baby unicorn!" We slowly walked over to it and I let her walk the rest of the way. "Be nice and let it sniff you." She stuck her hand out and it snuffed her. She looked back at me and I nodded. She spoke as she was petting her. "You are very pretty. I'm sorry for what my daddy has done to your kind. You don't deserve that at all." I awed and stuck my hand on my chest. "She's been with you not even a week and she accepts magic." I jumped startled. "Oh I'm sorry. I'm Anhora." I smiled. "Hello, I assume you are the keeper of the unicorns. I am Willow and that there is Jade." We talked a little bit as Jade played with the baby unicorn. Anhora said farewell and I told Jade we had to leave because it was getting dark. Jade sad bye and went to leave but the unicorn stopped her with a glowing horn. "Mommy look it's a unicorn charm!" I smiled and picked her up taking her back to the horse and home. I made sure she ate and had a bath before reading more to her and putting her to bed. I changed and made my way to Arthur's room hoping he was there. "Arthur love are you here?" I opened the door and peeked in. He wasn't in his room but I walked in and sat at his desk reading over some of his paperwork. I fixed some spelling errors and read a book before drifting off at his desk. 
Arthur's POV 
  Merlin and I were checking the rations we had when we caught a man. I gave him that 'my father said to execute anyone who took the food's speech and let him go for he had kids. I gave him food and sent him on his way. I finished my rounds and went off to bed. When I walked in I seen my lovely Willow asleep at my desk. I quickly changed and took her to her room. "No stay" I looked at Willow. "I can't." "Please dear sat here." She moved over to leave room for me so I layed down and pulled her close to me. Jade woke up and moved in between us but faced Willow. I love these girls so much and one of them aren't even mine technically. I stroked Willow's hair and drifted off to sleep with the biggest smile on my face. I've changed so much because of Willow and I love it. 
Willow's POV 
  Gwen came to tell us that we have water now. Jade and I were sitting in Arthur's room drinking the water and listening in on the conversation. Arthur knows nothing about what happened and I love it. He completed a task and was successful. Jade walked over to Arthur and he picked her up and put her on his lap as he spoke. "Arthur be nice!" "Yeah daddy be nice to uncle Merlin!" Arthur playful glared at her and stood up. "Want me to take her from you dear so you can do your thing?" He handed her over and gave both of us a small kiss. God I love him.

  So I plan on just watching half an episode one day and edit and watch the other half another day and do it then. So hope yall enjoy
