NORMAL P.O.V
It was the last day of prefecturals, and Mizuko decided to compete with Haru in the free style session, 100 m. Mizuko's and Haru's icy blue eyes glared at eachother. "Aren't they supposed to be smiling at eachother?"
Makoto trembled. "Well, yesterday's plan was a mess, when they came back, they seem to be shouting at eachother." Gou noticed. "Eh? I thought it was just an act!" Nagisa was in shock. "Stop being dense, you don't know about romance." Gou pouted. "Look, they're already starting." Rei pointed. "Good Luck Mizuko-chan! Haru-chan!!!" Nagisa cheered.
MIZUKO'S P.O.V
I imagined that me and Haru were just in the pool, just the two of us. There were bells ringing and the crowd was cheering, but all I hear was water. The whistle made a big noise, and everyone jumped, I of course, jumped ahead in a split second, my paddle was faster and it made a lots of foam in the water, while my arms were piercing through the water's skin. I heard the water talking to me, and I saw Haru, we were both still glaring.
I made my stroke faster, we were both catching to each other's places. I flipped in the water, pushing the water making a splash, I kept breathing so I can gasp for air. Haru catched up, a vein popped in my head and I could imagine that a dolphin and a jellyfish were fighting eachother. I could see a spark between us, and it was a spark that could pierce anyone's soul. I reached the wall, and I looked at the results. I was in shock..
"WHAT?!" I noticed that me and Haru shouted in unison. "We were a tie???!!!!!" We got up from the pool and started glaring at eachother going to the lockers.... I was glaring at him, "The war isn't over yet."
"Oh really? Hmmm? It seems that the cause of your loss or specifically saying that we are both tied, because I know you're just weak to beat me." Haru boldly told me. "Wha-what!? Well I never!" I blushed.
"I hate you!!! Take back your words!" I pouted. "Hm? What did you say?" I never saw a Haru-chan like this before. Then I smirked, "Insolence unworthy, I'll make sure that I rip out that tongue of yours!"
"You really are goddamn cheeky!" He looked down at me. I laughed, "As I've said, me being goddamn cheeky gives your wrinkles. Tsk! Tsk! Such a handsome face being wasted. Well tata, I guess this is a tie for now.
But the war isn't yet over." I smiled devilishly. "Fine." He told me with a solemn face. "FINE!" We both walked our own paths.
