MIZUKO'S P.O.V
"He-hey! What do you mean by tie?!" I asked Makoto. "You can Haru were just a tie, right? So I guess your battle is over." "N-no, I didn't beat him yet so the battle isn't over!" I glared at him.
"But you two were fighting eachother since yesterday, and it ended when you were both at the prefecturals." Nagisa explained. "Hmpph! You'll see! The war isn't over yet!!!" I ran away.
I went inside the locker room, "Happy Birthday, Mako-chan~!" I heard Nagisa's voice from a far. Happy Birthday? It's Makoto's birthday today? I didn't know..
"Aha! I bet dolphin-kun won't remember his, I might win this war for now!" I laughed as I walked out of the locker room.
NORMAL P.O.V
Makoto sighed heavily, "What's wrong, Makoto-senpai? Is something bothering you?" Gou asked. "It's nothing,really... It's just, when I see those two fighting, it's a little sad, right?" Makoto asked.
"Well, it's a sign that they like eachother. :D" Gou fangirled. He sweatdropped, "You're not getting the point, are you?" But it doesn't matter, this day won't let me down. Happy Birthday, Makoto. He smiled as he thought of it.
But Makoto was a little sad because Haru didn't greet him a happy birthday yet, only the others and of course, his family greeted him a 'Happy Birthday!' this morning.
HARU'S P.O.V
I was at the lockers with Nagisa and Rei, "Where's Makoto?" I asked. "Oh, he's with the guidance counselor today." Nagisa explained. "Wait." Something came inside my mind. "What date is it today?" I asked.
"November 17." Rei told me. I widened my eyes and facepalmed, "It's his birthday and I forgot because of Mizuko." I was stressed. I felt bad.

I went to a bakery shop, "One chocolate birthday cake please." I heard a familiar yet annoying voice that combined with my voice. It was Mizuko, my rival...for now. "What are you doing here?" She asked me.
"I should be asking you that." I told her. "Anyways, I'm going to buy Makoto a birthday cake." She told me her reason. "I'm also going to do that." I said. "I got here first, you know!" She shouted.
"But we said it in unison." "Is that so? Then ladies should be first." She smirked. "That rule is broken already." I paid for the cake. "He-hey!" She pouted, I was about go out of the bakery shop and made a deep sigh,
I looked back, "I'm tired of fighting. How about you go with me and celebrate Makoto's birthday together?" I asked her, and she didn't speak but it was already obvious because she looked like a red potato and her she glowed brightly.
I guess I can take that a yes, "Come on." I said and she looked at me with her teary eyes. I grabbed her hand and walked to Makoto's home, before we went in, she stopped at the entrance, "What's wrong?" I asked.
"You know..." She looked away looking guilty. "What?" "I'm sorry for starting a fight, Ha-haru-chan." She apologized. "Well, I never counted it as a fight. I just wanted to play with you." I explained. "Re-really? But you act so good!"
She was surprised. I smiled, "Come on. Let's go." I said. "So it's a tie?" She asked. I nodded my head one time, "Maybe." and laughed quietly.
I knocked on their door, and the door opened, "Ah! Haru-chan and... Mizuko, right?"
MIZUKO'S P.O.V
"Yes." I smiled and bowed. "Ah! I remember you! You Makoto and Haru were childhood friends, right? I even remember you borrowing my yukata." She laughed. I widened my eyes, Ho-how? She remembers me? But I thought..
"I don't remember that." Haru arched his right brow. Those words were a little painful, it hurts my heart, I wanted to cry right now but it's Makoto's birthday today! Now now.. We both went inside and saw Makoto, "Ah, Haru~" He smiled.
"Happy Birthday Makoto!" We both greeted him in delight. "Oh! Thank you." He blushed. "We bought cake for you." Haru showed and it was chocolate flavored, Makoto's favorite.
We both celebrated his birthday happily, and the war was over but I'm just asking. How did Makoto's mother know, remember me? My mind was filled with the most ridiculous thoughts that is related to my problem right now.
I wonder if, someone knows me... more than one, maybe..
