After breakfast we all headed to the competition. The solos will be going first so I decided to talk to jojo hadn't talk to her much. "Hi"I said "hi"jojo said "nice to meet you"I said "you too, excited for the duet"jojo said "yeah but nervous"I said "it's the first week we all get nervous you'll get use to it"jojo said. After a while it was time for me to change into my costume for my duet. Once I changed my mom did my hair and makeup, then me and Maddie rehearsed our duet. Once Maddie and I was ready we headed backstage "you ready"Maddie said "yeah, but also nervous,I don't want to lose"I said "don't worry the dance is really good, we will be fine"Maddie said "okay"I said. Once Jake and Brynn were ready Jake came to where Maddie and I was. We went over the dance to make sure we had it figured out then we headed backstage. We did our ALDC handshake then we waited till we were called "next we have number 109 Abby Lee with Free The People"the announcer said and we all got into our spots. The dance was good, I think we could win. When we got off the stage I saw Nia crying "Nia are you okay"I said "I picked up the flag wrong it was upside down Abby is going to kill me"Nia said "Nia don't worry we all make mistakes and no matter what Abby said you did your best that's good enough"I said "thanks I needed that"Nia said "your welcome now we need to head backstage"I said and Nia and I ran backstage to meet up with Abby. Since I didn't have a jacket I just sat there while the girls grabbed their jackets "oh girls I forgot the duets Maddie Amelia your was phenomenal, the music stopped and you kept going, Jake your duet was a disaster but that was someone else's fault not yours, you did pretty good knowing the circumstances"Abby said we nodded "now you all need to head to the stage go"Abby said and me, Jake and the other girls headed to the stage.
