Duet with the New Kid

I woke up to my alarm clock got changed into my red leotard, ate breakfast, then headed downstairs.

Once everyone was at the studio pyramid started "Okay girls last week was crazy but you all pulled out a win very proud"Abby said I looked around and realized that Isaac wasn't here yet he might be waiting to be called by Abby. "On the bottom of the pyramid is Jake he abandoned the team, and is off the team, next is jojo you did good just I know you can do better, next is Kalani you this wasn't your best week you made a lot of mistakes"Abby said Kalani nodded "last on the bottom is Nia good but compared to the other girls they were better, first on the second row is Kenzie you were amazing this was your best week keep up the great work"Abby said "Abby I need you to know that Kenzie won't be here she is going to be on Good Morning America, so she can't attend competition"Mellisa said "okay good to know congrats Kenzie"Abby said "thanks you"Kenzie said "next is Brynn you got second so that's why your here, last on the second row is Maddie you were good but you didn't have a solo with a perfect score so you can't be on the top, and on the top is Amelia you were the overall winner of the whole competition, and you got a perfect score that's rare really proud"Abby said "thank you"I said I was super happy I was on the top of the pyramid that is huge. "Now with Jake gone I need a new student Issac come in here"Abby said and I few seconds later Issac and his mom was in the studio. "Now assignments I have three solos the first one goes to Maddie it is called Timeless that's what you are no matter what happens people are going to remember you, next is going to Amelia you beat Brynn I expect a win your solo is called Into Me" Abby said this is huge Maddie is Abby's favorite and barely loses if I beat her I will definitely get on Abby's good side. "The last solo goes to jojo, jojo your solo is called Million Dollar Baby it's hip-hop I am giving you a chance to beat my top two dancers good luck"Abby said "she will win"Jessalyn said "we'll see, now I have two duet one is going to Amelia and Issac, it is called Perfect, Issac you are new but be warned you lose bye bye"Abby said I saw Issac start to get nervous it's nerve racking to have all that pressure on you. "The next duet is going to Maddie and Brynn it is a jazz duet titled Snap That let's see who wins"Abby said I think Abby is trying to start a rivalry between Maddie and I hopefully Maddie and I can stay friends even if we are in a rivalry. "Now the group is is lyrical and it is titled better off now Maddie you will be the lead got it, and Issac for this dance I think it's best that you sit out, now let's start with the groups"Abby said the girls and I got in our spots, and Isaac went to the den. "Okay girls this dance is better off now and it's about moving in from something that you lost, and finding out your better now then you were when you had that something"Abby said we all nodded. The dance is really pretty, the one thing I don't like is that Maddie is basically doing a solo while we are her backup dancers doesn't seem fair but I'm not the teacher so I won't say anything. After the group we starting working on the duets Isaac and mine first "okay this dance has a lot of partner work, but that doesn't matter you want to stay I expect perfection"Abby said we nodded and then we started the duet. "Okay it's looking good just keep working and we will see who will win now go"Abby said and we headed back to the den. While Maddie and Brynn were working on their duet I decided to chat with my teammates. I noticed while we were all chatting that Kendall and Issac were giggling a lot it was super adorable I think Issac likes Kendall. Once Maddie and Brynn were done with their duet we went to the mall. "Hey Amelia"Issac said "hey"I said "soo Kendall is she in a relationship"Issac said "I don't truly know, but maybe you could ask her"I said "I don't know, what if she does it will make it awkward"Issac said "well if I ask her it will really weird, plus you'll never know if you don't try"I said "maybe our right I'll ask her I just don't  know when"Issac said "that's fine now come on let's catch back up with he group"I said and we headed to find the girls. After the mall we started in the solos jojo's being first so I chatted with Brynn and Kenzie at the tumble track "you excited for your solo and duet"Brynn said "yeah but also nervous I really want to win, especially knowing that Maddie is the best in Abby's eyes if I win it could be huge"I said "yeah but you also have a dance with Issac ohhh"Kenzie said "girls I'm not ready for another relationship, plus I don't really like him"I said "does he like you"Brynn said "no, but he does like someone"I said "who"Kenzie said"you can't tell the others I don't want her to know yet"I said "we can keep a secret"Brynn said "Issac likes Kendall"I said "ahhh I knew something was up they were giggling way too much"Brynn said "I know right"I said  "Amelia your next"Jojo came in and said "okay"I said and ran into the studio. "Amelia you are going up against Maddie that's huge, but I want you to know I'm thinking about giving you a jacket, you've worked hard, but you don't have it yet this week will prove to me if you should be a permanent team member"Abby said I nodded "now let's start"Abby said. My solo is called Into Me this is by far my favorite solo yet it has amazing music, beautiful costume, and amazing choreography I think I have a great chance of winning. "Okay we are finished so you can go"Abby said after my solo it was seven Maddie stayed a bit longer to work on her solo, but since practice was over me and my mom headed home, and went to sleep.
