Switched Roles.. {Part 1! BOTW Link x reader!}

(A/n): {YAyYyyYyy! This is another idea I got from a dream. So, if it's really weird, you'll know why..}

[~(Y/n's) POV.~]

You woke up in a strange world.. there was three greenish blue portals in the center of the old looking room you were in.

You looked down at your clothes, they were a green tunic, light brown khaki pants, with brown boots. You noticed that you had on a green hat as well.

You brushed it off, and focused more on your surroundings. The room had stairs that led to nowhere, there was a whole missing cement wall, and it had a door.

You assumed that you had to find a way out, but as you looked back at the portals, and subconscious thoughts came rushing in.

'Okay. So, I just need to turn into my wolf form, and then I can, probably, use those portals.. wait. What? I can't turn into a wolf!' You shook your head, as you looked over at the door.

'There's, probably, some sort of puzzle, or something, that I need to solve to make it open..' You sighed.

"But.. there's nothing else in this room other then me, those weird portals, and those stairs that lead to nowhere!" You sighed in frustration. Then, you got bored, and just walked up those stairs.

You looked out a window that was there, and saw that you where, actually, in space!

"Wha? Wait.. if I'm in space.. then, that means.. there's no gravity!" You thought it seemed hard to walk without flouting slightly. How you didn't realize this until now? You had no idea..

So, you got an idea, and jumped off of the stairs. You slowly flouted down. Once you reached the bottom, you decided to do it again. (A/n): ('Cuz why not? This is just what I would do. Plus, it is what I did in my dream..)

But, when you where walking back up, you heard something outside. So, you ran over to a window that was closer, that's when you saw a Dragon!

"Whoa. Zappie dragon!" You said as you saw balls of electricity come off of it as it flew through space. That's when another subconscious thought came.

'Wait. If Furore's here, then, that must mean, they are, too!' You thought, as you subconsciously ran to the where the wall was missing at, and you grabbed onto the ledge of the floor, peeking underneath the flouting room. You saw some sort of lights flouting underneath. That's when you smiled.

"I knew it!"

'Wait. I did?' You jumped off of the ledge, flouting because of the zero gravity. You tried to get to it, and you, somehow, you did. Once you stopped right at the lights, that's when you noticed that your clothes changed again.

This time your tunic was blue, but it was the same for your pants, and boots. You didn't have a hat this time, which was something new..

You poked the lights, and *poof*! A weird tree like kid thing appeared.

"Yahaha! You found me!" It said.

"Okay. What are you exactly?"

"I'm a Korok kid!"

"Okay? I'm just going to pretend I know what that is.. So, do you know where we are?"

"All I know is: you'll want to leave this place, as soon as possible.."

"What? Why?"

"You'll find out soon enough.." It said as it disappeared.

"Okay.. not creepy at all.." Then you swam over to a big flouting ranch.

Parts of it seemed to be missing, because it was only small a fenced off area. You flouted down to it, somehow, being able to walk..

You walked over to a girl, she had red hair, and blue eyes. When you got closer, she waved, and smiled.

"Hey, fairy-boy! What brings you here?" You noticed that your clothes changed again, they looked similar to the green tunic you had on before..

"Huh? Oh. Well, I just saw it, and was curious.. and what do you mean by: 'fairy-boy'?"

"That's it? Why are you acting like you don't know who I am, or where you are..?"

"Because, I don't know who you are.. and I don't know where I am! I think you might have me mixed up with someone else.." She tilted her head to the side a little bit, before laughing.

"Stop acting silly, Link! It's me, Malon!"

"What..? Who's Link? My name's, (Y/n), not Link!"

"I said, stop a-acting silly, L-Link!!" She said, as her eyes begun to bleed, and her voice got disoriented. You started to back away.

"Are you okay?"

"I'll m-make you pay f-for what y-you've done t-to H-Hyrule, (Y/n)!"

"What did I do to Hyrule!?" She cackled as she began glitch out, and turn into a boy in a green tunic, with blue eyes that were bleeding, and blonde hair, which was parted in the middle.

Her voice turned into a boy's, as this boy got on a brown horse with a white mane, chasing after you now. You panicked, as you were now running away, towards the edge.

"What did I do to you!?"

"What you did, is come here! You should have stayed in your world, (Y/n)!"

"I'm sorry! But, I don't remember my world, or how to get back!"

"Is that so? Then that means it should be easy for you to die by my blade, and leave it all behind!" He laughed again. You didn't hesitate to keep running, and not look back after he said that.

You heard him equip something, but you didn't know what it was, until an arrow hit you in your side. You grunted in pain, but pure adrenaline made you ignore the pain, and keep running. The sight of the edge getting closer didn't help, it give you more, and more hope.

You looked back, only to see him get another arrow ready, and you could assume that it was aimed right at your head..

You were right there at the edge, all you needed to do was jump, weather, or not, it would save you, you had no idea.. all you knew is that it was farther away from him, and that was good enough for you!

You jumped, just as you heard him let go of the arrow..
