User can take any memory, including thoughts that they're having, and use it against them. So if the opponent has a plan or strategy user can take that plan away and make the opponent forget what they're doing. The memories and thoughts can be put back. User can also return forgotten memories which is extremely hard and gives user a really bad migraine for about a week. User gets a slight headache after overusage of quirk.
