Evangeline Millie Winchester (Evie, to everyone who doesn't want to get shot) is the third Winchester sibling. She's the middle child, the one who keeps the brothers together. Or, she was. Until Sam bailed and left her and Dean to pick up the pieces...

The Camp
It was a long night. We had been sleeping in the Impala since everything started, and that isn't very comfortable. I mean, Dad was cheap and he preferred not to leave trails of where we had been, but even he didn't make us sleep in the Impala. But it was safe at least, from the walkers. We just put clothes up over the windows, shielded them out so they couldn't see us and we couldn't see them, and I never felt like I could die in the middle of the night.
But last night... God... it was horrible. They didn't have any extra tents. Rick was lucky because he was able to bunk with his wife and son, but my brothers, Ruby, Cas and I weren't so lucky. We got to sleep in the chairs around the fire pit. I don't think I slept longer than five minutes at a time. Every noise, a leaf rustling in the wind, someone rolling over the their sleep, a snore, everything woke me up. I was terrified that I would wake up and a zombie would be eating away at my face, or my brothers' or Cas'. Don't really care about Ruby honestly since she can just jump into another body, but everyone else? Terrified. I don't think Dean slept much either. Sam did. I think maybe because the demon's blood is making him think he's stronger than he is. Strong enough to withstand a bite. I don't know. But every time I was awake, which was often, he was sound asleep with Ruby.
Cas of course didn't sleep. He hardly ever does, but it didn't make me feel any better. Well... maybe a little. But still.
So anyway, when the sun finally rose, the exhaustion finally hit and I honestly just wanted to go curl up in a ball in the RV and take a nap, but apparently Dean and Sam wanted to talk about our plan for the future, so as soon as we were all up, Dean dragged Sam and I, and grudgingly allowed Ruby and Cas to follow, into the woods so we could talk privately.
"Look. Are we staying here or not? Because we need to get Bobby, and we are down a mode of transportation. Which, by the way, I'm super pissed about. So Rick owes me an apology I think." Dean ranted, looking super tired, but also very ready to game plan this son of a bitch.
"Uh... I say send Cas to go get Bobby and bring him back here. And we can talk it out with Bobby when he gets here. try and figure out if there's anything we can do to reverse this. And if not... this could be a strong group. We could make it a strong group. I think... if we helped them, they could survive this. Plus Merle's here. What's the likelihood that we would meet a hunter out here? Especially one that we know." I said quietly, glancing around every few minutes to make sure that no one was listening in.
"Yes to Cas going to get Bobby. I think that's better than spending the next few months on the road trying to get to Kansas." Sam said actually putting in input for the first time in a few months.
