(1 Month Later)

Cami-Mom! I'm home!

I close the door behind me and walk into the living room to see Mom passed out on the couch...again.

Cami-Mom!

She waked up and rubs her eyes.

Mrs T-What?

Cami-Drink yourself to sleep again?

Mrs T-Shut up and get me some painkillers.

I reluctantly go to the medicine cabinet and get her aspirin and bring it to her.

Mrs T-Thank you.

My phone then rings and it's Broduey. I decline the call and Mom stares at me.

Mrs T-Who was that?

Cami-Nobody.

Mom then grabs my phone and looks at it.

Mrs T-Who is this "Broduey" and why is he calling you?

Cami-He's a friend.

Mrs T-Don't lie to me!

She slaps me across the face and then starts crying.

Mrs T-I'm sorry...I just...

I then hug her.

Cami-It's ok Mom. I-I'm fine.

Mrs T-It's just...

Cami-I know. I am going to get your pills. Have you taken any today?

She nods and I go into the bathroom.

She's getting worse and I don't know how much longer that I can do this anymore. I can't keep caring for her.It's getting too hard. I need to tell somebody but I don't know how. I need help....

Violetta's P.O.V

Leon-So the three sub-atomic particles of an atom are? Violetta!

I stop day dreaming and look at Leon.

Vilu-What?

Leon-You are not listening! What is the point of my tutoring you if you won't listen?

Vilu-I'm listening!

Leon-So the answers is?

Vilu-Ummm....atoms?

Leon then stands up.

Leon-If you are just wasting my time then...

I pull him back down on the bed.

Vilu-I'm not! I just...don't get all this science stuff.

Leon-That's why I am here to teach you.

Vilu-Thank you for this. I appreciate you doing this for me.

Leon-I would do anything for you.

He leans in close to me and his lips are inches away from mine but then we jump apart as the door opens.

Angie-Violetta do you...Oh! Sorry, am I interrupting?

Leon-Nope I was about to leave anyway. See you at school Violetta.

Leon leaves and Angie sits on my bed and gives me a big hug.

Angie-Oh I am so happy for you!

I gentley push her away.

Vilu-Why?

Angie-You are finally over Tomas!

Vilu-Can you stop screaming? You are giving me a headache!

Angie-Oh you and Leon are so cute together!

 Vilu-Angie!

Angie-Right sorry....So when did he become your boyfriend?

Vilu-We are not doing this.

Angie-Fine.

She gets out and leaves
