Chapter 6 - Hotel

Pete came out of his room later than the usual, I was standing outside of his room about to knock on his door when he suddenly opens it.

He was startled when he saw me.
"Neo... why are you standing there?" Pete uttered

I scratched my head
"I was about to call you for breakfast." I said

I was trying to act as normal as possible... I turned around and walked back to the kitchen with Pete behind me.

"Hmm... Neo. I think I'm gonna pass on breakfast..." Pete said.

I stop and turned to look at him.
"Are you still mad at me?" I asked

Pete's face turned white then he immediately shakes his head.
"Huh? No.... Why would I be mad at you?"

"Last night you seem mad when you left." I said

"Ah.. I was drunk, sorry... I don't remember." Pete said awkwardly smiling while rubbing his neck.

Pete was such a bad liar.

"Oh... You don't remember?"

"I don't want to be late for class. It's ok if I don't drive you today?" Pete said

"It's ok..." I said

I was wondering if he was really in a hurry or he's trying to avoid me.

I arrived in class still feeling burdened by what happened last night and this morning.
I felt so embarrassed to face Neo. What I did was stupid and I was regretting it.

Neo must have noticed my awkwardness this morning. I not sure if he bought my excuse of not having any memory of what happened but if he can act like nothing has happened then maybe I could do that too.

When I saw Tin walking inside the classroom, it made me think that maybe he was right. I should stop this foolishness. I've been in this situation plenty of times already. I did a lot of stupid things and ended up regretting it after.

Tin sat beside me and he instantly noticed how anxious I was.

"Tin, about my request...." I started to talk but he interrupted me.

"Tonight." Tin said

I tilted my head and leaned closer to him, I was unsure with what I heard him say.
"Huh?" I asked

He stares at me with his signature annoyed expression.
"That thing you asked, let's do it tonight." Tin said

My jaw literally dropped... just when I was thinking of canceling the whole thing, Tin was proposing to do it tonight.

Now I'm suddenly confused about what to do... losing my virginity to my best friend is not a bad deal... Isn't it? Better than losing it to a stranger.

Should we just push through with it?

Or should I just wait for the right guy?

I stared at Tin... wondering what was on his mind? What was happening inside that smart head of his to actually accept my request?
