Sebastian's POV
I nodded and bowed to Young Master. "Yes, My Lord." I see (F/n) bow as well, confidence in the gesture, unlike the other clumsy three.
Speaking of which, they haven't come barreling to me, complaining for me to fix their messes. That means trouble.
I clear my throat loudly and (f/n) looks at me, raising her eyebrows in question. I nod to Young Master again and direct my words to (f/n)
"I should be getting you started right away and start preparing dinner, for an Earl should never eat late."
(f/n) nods, her (e/c) eyes glittering, taking on the challenge of being a Phantomhive maid.
"What are my plans for today?" Young Master asks, almost interrupting me as his lips curl into a boyish smirk.
"You have your German lesson at 1:30 until 2:00, and then nothing until 2:30, which is your singing and dancing lesson with me until 4:00, and then dinner at 4:30, with bathing right after and then dessert as usual Young Master, with no known guests coming along the way."
Ciel takes a long sip of his tea, purposefully dragging out the sip and swallow. "I would like (f/n) to teach me my dancing and singing lesson today." His smirk grows, as if he just came up with the grandest idea, which, I suppose, he had.
Miss (f/n)'s eyes widen, a shade of pink brightening her cheeks as she points a shaky hand to her chest. "M-me? Singing and dancing lesson?"
Ciel's smirk widens. "Did I stutter? Yes, you. Unless you don't want to be my maid? A Phantomhive maid accepts any challenge her Master fires at her: and she does it with inexplicable grace. Will you back out now? We can call a carriage for you and send you back from wherever you crawled out from. I may be young, but I know what it takes to be an Earl."
She nods, her (e/c) lips pursing, her (e/c) eyes accepting the challenge. She bows low once more. "As you command, Young Master." She turns to me then. "Shall we get going, Sebastian?"
I nod, amused by her actions and word choice. I bow to Ciel once more as well. "I’ll be back later for your German lesson at 1:30. Be ready for then."
Ciel nods as I usher (f/n) and myself out of the room, the cart in between the two of us, being pushed by (f/n)
"So...where are the other servants?" She asks as we walk the halls, heading back to the kitchen.
I feel my eyes narrow and begin to change, but I close my eyes for a second, taking a deep breath and hiding the momentarily loss of power with a sigh as I answer (f/n)'s question. "I am not quite sure. One or all of them usually have come running to me by now to fix something they've broken or lit on fire, so it is a bit peculiar we have not come into contact with them."
(F/N) laughs as we reach the kitchen. She puts the cart to its original place on her way to the sink, grabbing a towel and making her way back to the cart, passing me again. I don't ask what she's doing, but observe what she's going instead, not wanting to interrupt her flow of action.
She brings the towel down to the surface of the cart, wiping it off. She's cleaning the already clean cart. (F/n) sighs, and shakes her head as she works. "I can feel your eyes on me. I'm cleaning the cart because we've both touched it, as did the cup and plate, and we don't want germs getting anywhere near our Young Master where they shouldn't be, now do we?"
She turns, smirking and raising a brow, challenging me to prove her wrong, fully knowing she's completely right. I raise my gloved hands and let out a chuckle. "I guess in this instance you're right. I will not argue that point, for that would me anything less than a Phantomhive Butler."
The (e/c) haired maid laughs, her (e/c) lips spreading and showing off white teeth, her cheeks raising, her smile reaching her (e/c) eyes, which sparkle like the night stars. "Well I truly feel honored now." She giggles as she speaks, a hand going to her mouth to cover up the giggles.
I place my hands back by my side. I check my pocket watch again, feeling my eyes narrow slightly. "Shall we stop the games and introduce you to the others now? We are always time constrained here, something I think you need to learn."
(F/N)'s POV
Something I need to learn?! Is that what he just said? You've got to be kidding me. Another Claude?!
I click my tongue with disgust as I look Sebastian dead in the eye, holding the gaze. "Something I need to learn? Did you forget I've worked for an Earl before? I know what-"
"A child Earl. I can greatly assure you Ciel is much different from the lowly Alois Trancy to whom you had to work for before." He interrupts me, raising his right index finger to stop me.
I breathe our harshly through my nose. "A child Earl yes, but still an Earl nonetheless. And I've dealt with the likes of you, and I will not to be put down and pushed around like I have before back at the Trancy manor. Do you hear me? I will stand up to whomever I need to not to be become like I was back there, and I could care less about measly consequences."
Sebastian is a bit taken back by my words, a snarl shaping his lips as he takes a threatening step towards me. "Do not compare me to that lowly Claude Faustus, or what I become will not be a pretty sight. I am nothing like him, so compare me to him you will not. Now we must go, or we'll be behind on our schedule."
Sebastian doesn't wait for me as he turns tail and begins to walk presumably out to the garden from the back door of the kitchen.
