Beyoncé
Nicki and I were doing some shopping around for the baby as she was going on her third month. We didn't know the gender as of now but we decided on picking up unisex items, though we had plenty of time to prepare for the baby.
"But baby, this is pretty." She whined holding up a tutu.
"Nicki we don't even know what we're having yet and you still choose to pick out clothes for a girl, put it back." I pointed towards the clothing rack that she picked it up from.
"Take me home." She stated after putting the tutu back where I told her to.
I sighed pushing the cart in front of me, I'd learned to just ignore her unnecessary attitudes sometimes. "We're not going back home just because you can't get a tutu."
Blue walked hand in hand with Nicki loudly singing her ABCs.
"I don't tell you no when you pick out cute stuff for the baby." She argued back.
"That's because I pick out unisex stuff. Look just get it." I gave up.
It was no use in arguing with a pregnant Onika she would find a way to get what she wanted and wouldn't let anyone stop her.
Making our way over to the cribs I watched Nicki's mood brighten as she looked over each one of them. "Baby this one is perfect."
"Ok I'll have it shipped to the house tomorrow and while I'm gone, Onika I'm not playing with you, I don't want you carrying any boxes around." A part of me told me that she's not going to listen but it was still worth a try.
"I'm pregnant not disabled Beyoncé." She smart-mouthed.
"And you know Doc said you need to take it easy, considering the situation." I argued back laying all of the clothes we picked out on the counter.
She rolled her eyes at me and paid attention to the cashier as she scanned our belongings.
"I will be fine Giselle."

Bey, Blue, and I greeted Mama Tina at her front door getting ready to prepare for family dinner. Mama Tina said she needed all of us around to tell us whatever secret she was hiding.
"How is my grandbaby." She rested a single hand on my slight baby bump.
"I'm only 3 months Ma and I'm already ready to get it out of me." I sighed sitting down in the living room chair.
We were supposed to surprise everyone about the baby but Beyoncé couldn't keep it in any longer and eventually told her mom and dad. She was indeed very supportive so far throughout the pregnancy and didn't mind being around to deal with my mood swings.
"Mama I get cussed out everyday." Beyoncé confessed plopping down in the empty spot beside me.
"She does not Ma." I lied knowing good and damn well I curse Bey out at least twice a day.
"Well look at you beautiful ladies." Beyoncé's father came jogging down the stairs to greet the both of us.
He and Beyoncé shared a hug before he got to me placing his large hand over my stomach. "Is everything ok with papa's baby?"
I chuckled at the pet name he had already given himself. "Yes Mr. Knowles everything is going well, we actually have a doctors appointment next month to find out the gender."
"Yes and I will be planning and hosting the baby shower and gender reveal. The first birthday too." Mama Tina declared.
I've always loved how supportive Bey's family was of our relationship and it saddened me that my family couldn't do the same for her.
