Hajara POV:

It's summer and it's been three long months since Hawa, my daughter was born. She is so cute mashallah!

I sat in the car and strapped my adorable daughter in her car seat. We were going to my mom and dad's house because of some crazy 'family meeting'.

We currently lived alone in an apartment that Yusuf had rented few years back when we first moved to this country. We go now and then to visit my in-laws and my parents, but today was a different reason we were visiting them. It was one of those family meetings where everyone's presence was needed and family meetings meant to undergo great shock like the last time where we ended up getting married to our long lost cousins.

We silently drove to our destination with the Quran blaring loudly in the car creating a peaceful atmosphere.  I watched as my daughter sleeped soundlessly, she had the same ocean like eyes as me and cute dimples that only appeared when she smiled. Just like her betrothed, Huzaifah!

"Assalamualaikum!" I greeted as I entered my parents house while carrying my sleeping daughter in my arms and with Yusuf at my side. Sarah opened the door with a huge grin. Little does she know why we came!

"Walaikum Assalam dear sister," Sarah squealed, hugging me and immediately grabbing Hawa away from my arms. "Aww my cute little niece. I'm soo sorry dear, mommy prisoned you in her stomach for nine whole months like what was she even thinking?"

Yusuf laughed at her and so did my  parents and in -laws who were all there staring at her crazily. Yes, my in-laws were here already seated to discuss something very very important. Sarah placed a kiss on Hawa's forehead and took a seat beside Mom.

In the corner of my eyes I saw a very jealous Huzaifah. "Mom, who is this?" He glared at my baby, narrowing his eyes at her fiercely. I picked him up from the ground and took him in my arms before he could think of hitting my daughter or throw a tantrum near her sleeping figure.

"This is your cousin Hawa. Isn't she cute?" I asked, poking his adorable nose and cheeks.

"Yes!" He said thoughtfully. "Why is mum carrying her? Can I please carry her too?" He pouted. He sure didn't like other kids in his mom's arms.

"Sure dear." I took Hawa from Sarah's arms and placed her gently in Huzaifah's small arms and helped him hold her.

"Open you eyes!" He commanded stubbornly looking at Hawa's closed eyes. "Aunty, she doesn't listen to me!" He frowned while everyone watched the kids.

I took her away carefully from his arms and sat with everyone in the living room who were waiting for us patiently to gather arounf. "She's a baby dear, that's why she loves sleeping." I grinned.

"Oh!" He said thinking deeply, rubbing his chin like some scientist ready to make a discovery.

He finally spotted his moms lap empty and jumped into her lap hugging her as if he'd never seen her in his life. "MUUUM!" He squealed, making everyone look at the two. Sarah hugged him back fondly pressing a kiss on his forehead.

"So Sarah," My dad started, clearing his throat making everyone stop abruptly what they are doing. "I am not going to beat around the bushes, I am just going to go straight to the point." He took a deep breath, and my heartbeat stopped for few seconds at his words. "I want you to get married again!"

Sarah looks up terrified and held onto Huzaifah tightly. My jaws dropped immediately, I never wanted to ever hear such words from my own father. Second marriage were never good, well thats what I thought.

"What?" Sarah stammered, not believing what she just heard. "Come again."

"Since Benyamin's gone, he would prefer you to get married." My father continued uneasily, keeping his eyes trained on her. He was waiting for her to burst, we all knew this will not end well.
