Benyamin POV:
I regretted yelling at Sarah, I hated how her eyes watered up instantly because of my stupid words. Couldn't I be nicer? 'You're such an idiot Benyamin!' I wanted to redo our relationship all over again.
"Dude, why the hell were you guys yelling in the car? I could hear you guys from a few miles away, I didn't know my brother was such a loud yeller." Yusuf asked, breaking the silence.
"I wasn't yelling that loud!" I argued.
"Ok, Benyamin look! I know both of you are stressed out. You guys are suppose to make dua and calm down in these type of situations. You need to understand that Sarah is no longer the teenaged girl that we had in our school, she has grown to be a great mother. Mothers worry over their child, that is completely normal. Nothing wierd!" Yusuf said, trying to act like a genius. "Just something I handle all the time." He muttered to himself looking out through the window. But what Yusuf didn't know was that Sarah was expecting. Stress for her in these situations wasn't normal.
We both knew the identity of my sons kidnapper, and we were headed straight towards his house. How? Because... let's just say, we were both spying on our enemy from a distance instead of approaching him in person. What can I say? Maybe, we were just smarter than Uzair, and he probably had a brain like a cockroach. Being in a military army also taught me many techniques for various situations. We both found out that Huzaifah was kept in his kidnappers home with his family, I doubt his family even knows that Huzaifah was taken without our permission.
Both me and Yusuf were standing in front of Uzair's home grumbling with rage. At least, he didn't treat Huzaifah brutally or I would chop his head off. I've never been to his house before, but my brother has because our families (especially the guys) liked to keep family ties strong even if it was long distance.
"Assalamu alaikum, how are you Yusuf?" A middle aged woman asked, instantly after opening the door.
"Walaikum assalam, I am fine Alhamdullillah. This is my brother Benyamin." Yusuf gestured towards me. "Huzaifah's father."
" I am Uzair's mother. OMG! You are Huzaifah''s father. I thought his father passed away?" The woman asked wide eyed with curiousity. What the hell, what kind of news were my own family feeding others? So hopeless, I have to give Yusuf a special speech about this later.
"Yup, I am here to know if my son is with you?" I asked sharply with clenched teeth.
"Yes, he is, he's watching TV at the moment." Uzairs mom smiled. "Come in!" She opened the door wide for us, ushering us inside. All I wanted to do is punch Uzair at the moment, not enter his house.
"I'm sorry, I gotta go. Sarah is worried sick because Huzaifah was not in school when we went to pick him up. We thought he was kidnapped." I seethed with anger seeping in my words.
Uzairs mom widened her eyes in shock, "Huzaifah, your dad is here." She managed to yell out, and within seconds my son dashed out and hugged me, wrapping his little arms around my legs with a bright grin. It was enough to cool my anger, and I instantly picked him up and took him in my arms.
"Dad, why did you not come to pick me up from school? Why did you tell Uncle Uzair to come? I thought we were going outside together?" Huzaifah asked innocently, looking up at me with confusion.
I kissed him on the forehead. "Mommy's sick!" I lied. Well, to be honest I wasn't literally lying!
"Yusuf take him in the car." I told my brother. I needed to tell this woman to change his son before he actually ended up kidnapping people's kids and ends up making his abode in prison.
