#7: Falling Into Pieces

Bathroom

Awashima told her to take a bath in the left wing. She hummed while remembering Akiyama's smiling face. She entered and saw Fushimi soaked in. She closed the door immediately.

"I'm so sorry, Fushimi-san", Aki apologized. "It's okay. You may enter. I'm done", he informed while wearing his robe. He went out wearing a robe and without his eyeglasses. Aki was surprised to see him without glasses. "You sound so happy a while ago", Fushimi wore his eyeglasses and there goes the villain in glasses again.

"I'd be taking a bath", Aki oassed through him. "Akiyama is nice to everyone", Fushimi informed. Those words made Aki look back at him. "What do you mean?", she asked. "That means-", Fushimi was about to talk when Kamo and Domyouji walked on the corridor. "Akiyama is going to meet that girl again?!", Domyouji shouted. "I don't understand why he can't say no", Kamo sighed and saw Aki looking at them. She entered the bath.

Kamo looked at Fushimi and found it intriguing. "Have fun at the hot spring, Fushimi-kun", Kamo smiled. Fushimi gave a death glare. They knew how Fushimi is vulnerable with hot weather.

University
School ground

"Wah! You can't believe this, Aki. I actually had a date with the person I like last night. He actually agreed to meet me!!!", Riko boasted.

"Wow. That's great", Aki said with a monotonous tone. "Show some spirit Aki. We're hitting the road!", Riko pushed her inside the bus. Fushimi traveled separately. He also booked at the hotel Aki is staying.

Riko didn't stop talking about what they did that night. They went running around the street of Tokyo.

Aki was preoccupied with Akiyama heading home early in the morning and also he was said to meet some woman.

"Hey, talk to me. Something's off?", Riko asked. Aki told the story. "Oh, so you were told that he was kind to everyone. Maybe he was trying to tell you that boy a isn't nice to you because he's interested. Maybe that's just his nature", Riko slapped it on her face. Aki felt the pang and felt ashamed of herself. Of course, what does she expect? "Do you like him?", Riko asked.

"I...",Aki stopped when the bus also stopped. They reached their destination. She saw Fushimi waiting at the shed. He's wearing casual clothes. "Hey. Look, he's cool. Isn't he?", the girls looked outside the window. Fushimi found Aki looking at him. "Thanks to you", Aki was able to lip read what he said. She gulped and cover her face.

Hotel

Fushimi waited for Aki in front of the gate. "No way, is he waiting for someone?", the girls squealed. Aki bit her lip and slowly approached him. "Is there something I can do for you?", Aki asked. Riko studied the two. "So he's boy B?", Riko nodded. "Then, enjoy your time together", Riko pushed her to him. The girls gritted their teeth.

"Now that I can see that you're here. We'll be heading in my room", Fushimi grabbed her. "I have my own room", Aki protested. Why is she being dragged into his room?

"I'd be working so don't you dare this room unless it's for your school activity", Fushimi ordered. "Really?", Aki whined. She forgot that she's in the presence of the great Fushimi. "There's an outside bath. You can soak there", Fushimi informed. Aki went out and saw a wide outside bath with natural rock separating it.

Aki also opened her laptop and worked on her school requirements. She suddenly fell asleep. Fushimi clicked his tongue and removed the laptop on the table. She moved and nearly fell on the floor. Fushimi caught her on time. Geez. This woman is killing me.

Fushimi carried her and drop her on the futon. "I see, Fushimi-san did that on his own. He's really amazing, Akiyama-san", Aki sleep talked.

It was already midnight. "The bath!", she shouted. She went outside and saw Fushimi soaking. "It's okay, I don't have my glasses. I can't see anything. You can stay at the other side", Fushimi looked away. She took a shower inside the bathroom. Aki entered the bath and soaked on the other side. Her towel was tightly wrapped around her.

Back in their prefecture, she was fine being in a mix math.

"You didn't wake me up", Aki sighed. "You seems to be having a good dream", Fushimi informed. Did she say something in her dream?!

"Hot springs is good for your health Fushimi-san. You've been drinking water, that's great", Aki noticed the bottle of water on the table.

"Fushimi-san. Thank you for coming here with me. I know you have so many things to do. If you need something, maybe I can also help you", Aki smiled. There was no response. "Fushimi-san?", Aki asked. There are still no response. Aki gasped. What if Fushimi had heat stroke? She peeked in and saw him looking at the sky. Her eyes trailed down to his chest. He saw a tatoo with scars. His skin is porcelain white.

"Pervert", Fushimi commented. Aki flinched and slipped. She ended up near Fushimi. "What are you doing?", Fushimi held her hand and assisted her to sit. "Can I sit next to you", Aki asked. Fushimi nodded and looked at the sky.

Aki noticed that Fushimi is thinking deeply. "What are you thinking of, Fushimi-san?", Aki asked. "Why are you such an airhead? I am thinking what made you an airhead", Fushimi answered. "I am really an airhead. You're right, Akiyama-san is kind to everyone. That's his nature. Thank you for telling me", Aki bowed her head.

"You're much of an airhead for accepting that right away", Fushimi sighed and grabbed on her face. Aki flinched. "Nevermind. I'm not in the mood to bully you", Fushimi sighed and went out of the bath.

Balcony

Aki called on Akiyama.

How are you? Akiyama-san

Oh,Ishikawa. We already have our trace where Yoro is. How about you?

Well, I came out from the bath. They have outside bath here.

That's great. Fushimi is lucky to be the one who's with you. Did he soak in the bath as well?

Hahah, yeah. I think so.

That's great. It's already dawn, Ishikawa. Stay safe. Once you're back, you're already free to roam around.

Thank you, Akiyama-san.

They ended the call. Maybe, its not that late to make sure of her feelings. She smiled and cherished his voice.

"Ah. Akiyama!!! You didn't call me right away!", Riko shouted. Aki heard it and looked down where Riko is. She stepped back.

Health Center

They gave their services to the old people and also young ones.

Aki talked with one of the elderly. "You are beautiful, young lady. I have a son in the house. He's the same age as yours", she started to drag her. Aki was just nervously laughing while signalling Riko. "Elderly, Aki is already with someone. I am afraid she cannot marry your son", Riko laughed. The elderly scolded Riko and said that Aki fits him perfectly. Aki sighed and held her hand.

"I apologize. I really can't marry your son", Aki bowed very low. A hand grabbed Aki by her shirt. "You have some clients", Fushimi suddenly appeared. Even the clients are looking at him. "Are you some kind of actor?", the elderly held him. "I actually have a daughter", she suddenly shifted. Aki watched Fushimi being dragged by the elderly and the females dragging him back.

"He's with me", Aki suddenly said. Everyone looked at her and she flushed.

"Ahhh~ now you've done it", Riko face palmed.
