Not as Planned

Luna's POV

I couldn't stop laughing. Catching up with the Sons and talking with Kate and Sarah was just what I needed to forget about Reid and that stupid blonde he was with.

"So than what happened?" I asked Caleb as he was telling me a story about how Tyler tried to ride Pogue's bike.

Caleb's eyes brightened as he resumed his story "So Tyler gets on the bike and manages to start it after Pogue teaches him how to do that and as quickly as he takes off the bike falls to its side"

Burst of laughter came out from all of them even Tyler. Glad he can laugh about it now I don't think many people could really take that kind of embarrassment.

I look over at Pogue, a smile on his face with his arm around Kate and a beer in his hand.

"So I'm guessing your bike is alright?"

"It was fine" Pogue replied with a little laugh "Tyler wasn't going fast to do any major damage nothing I couldn't fix." Pogue took a swig of his beer

I smiled "Well maybe we can race each other sometime"

I swear he almost did a Reid and did a spit take but he managed to keep his drink in his mouth.

"You ride?" his eyes looked like they were going to pop out of his skull.

"Kawasaki ninja h2 baby"

Pogue took his arm off Kate "Sorry babe but I think I'm in love"

Kate laughed "I think Luna has enough men after her for just one night"

I looked at her confused "What do you mean Alex is the only one who was flirting with me"

Everyone looked at each other and than back at me in silence until Sarah spoke up.

"You're joking right?" I arched an eyebrow when Kate chimed in "Reid has been glancing at you all night."

"I've honestly never seen him act like that before" Tyler added "If he doesn't have a chance with a girl he usually finds another. No big deal, but tonight he looked fucking pissed when Alex was flirting with you."

I looked down at my drink feeling my heart start to flutter. I know I always had thing for Reid but I knew he never liked me back. I looked back up at the gang brushing the topic off.

"Hey wheres the bathroom?" Everyone looked at each other and pointed to the woods. "Seriously? There's no porta potty or something?"

Heads shook with a few no's from Sarah, Pogue and Kate. I rolled my eyes finishing my beer before tossing it on the ground before going into the woods.

"Do you need someone to go with you?" I heard Sarah say

"No thanks I know how to pee" everyone started laughing before talking back among themselves once more.

I tried to go as far as I could without loosing the light of the bonfire but still maintaining my privacy.

Until I was at a good distance I pulling down my pants and getting into a squatting position praying no one would see me as I relieved myself against a tree.

"Oh thank God, much better" as i finished I pulled my pants back up and headed back to the party.

"Luna" My body froze as I heard my name being called.

"Fuck" I heard the same voice in the same direction.

Every bone in my body and every horror movie I ever watched told me not to follow my voice, but I chose to be the basic white girl and follow where the voice was coming from. I could still see the light from the bonfires, in fact the voice was very close to the party that I could see what was in front of me.

"God that's nice baby" I was getting close to the voice looking around I could make out two figures and my heart stooped.

"Reid?" he opened our eyes and our gazes locked for a minute.

It was than that the blonde he was with earlier turned her head "Do you mind? We're busy" she said sounding annoyed.

"Yeah, I can see that" My voice started to crack as I turned away feeling hot tears blur my vision. I don't know why I felt like this. Reid was just a guy looking for a good time and because I wasn't interested in sucking his dick like that slut he moved on. I feel so stupid thinking that Reid would look at me and have that same desire and want that I still feel deep down. I guess I was wrong.

"Luna wait!" I heard Reid shout but I began to run back to the group before he could get to me.

I saw Sarah and Kate still talking with the Son's laughing and had a good time until they looked at my face.

"Luna? Whats wrong" Sarah asked her voice filled with concern.

"Can we just please go" I could feel more tears running down my cheeks.

The two girls looked at each other and didn't ask any questions. The both said goodbye to their boyfriends and guided me back to where they were parked. This was not how I planned my night to go.
