"I heard what you said on air." Alastor said, standing in the doorway. I looked him over, hardly able to believe he was really here.

"Did you have time to think?" He asked, shaking me from my silence.

"Alastor," I took a shaky breath as I met his crimson gaze, "I'm sorry. I should never have pushed you away." I didn't realize he had been tense until he relaxed at my words. Wordlessly, he pulled me into his embrace. My palms rested flat against against his suit jacket, the fabric soft. I tilted my face up to him, his lips coming down on mine in a sweet, slow kiss.

My eyes fluttered open when he finally pulled away. We stared at each other, neither one of us saying a word for what seemed like a very long time. When words finally broke the silence, it was Alastor who spoke first.

"Don't push me away. Not again please." He whispered, kissing me lightly between each sentence.

"Not again." I repeated, meaning every word.

Then Alastor cupped my face in his hands, his touch warm as he said, "I love you, (Y/N). More than anything in this god forsaken world." I searched his eyes, trying to peer into his soul as he said those words.

"I love you too." I replied, my heart fluttering in my chest. As I said the words, I knew they were true. I loved Alastor more than I had ever loved anyone on Earth or in hell. And he loved me too. I smiled up at him, the words replayed themselves over and over in my mind.

I loved the Radio Demon.
