As you woke up, you confusedly looked around, unaware where you really were. Suddenly the events from earlier flooded your brain once again and you started questioning your reasoning. There was no way you had just let a boy carry you to where ever and not at least tried to struggle it off, yet as soon as the boy entered the room once again, you remembered why you trusted him so easily. His smile made your heart melt.

"Oh, so you finally woke up", the boy said taking a seat next to you on the bed. Your eyes went straight down to his curled lips and wondered how on earth he could smile so sweetly. Nodding, you took in the new room you were in and before asking, the man already explained that the room belonged to him.

"Ah, yeah, I never got your name!", the blonde suddenly exclaimed making you almost flinch. Ashamed you muttered your name, not really sure if it was ok for you to tell a complete stranger who had basically kidnaped you any more details about you, but then again, you had no other family he could go after, so there was no point in hiding it.

"Baron. St.van prepared some food in the kitchen since Lou said you passed out from malnutrition."

You confusingly tilted your head to the side, wondering who these individuals that Baron mentioned were, but you were sure you would find out in no time since, on cue, your stomach started to growl like crazy. Baron laughed in one of the cutest tones you had ever heard someone laugh ever, leading you to burst into a big smile yourself, completely forgetting that you two were basically strangers.

Entering the kitchen, you bumped into a really muscular back, that didn't even seem fazed by the fact that you had just full-body slammed into him. The person to whom the body belonged to turned around and the two of you stared a full minute into each other's eyes. Contrary to his body, the man's face was incredibly soft. If you were a little younger, you most definitely had mistaken him for a father figure. Soon realizing you were just standing, not even saying anything, you bowed down and apologized, blushing at how embarrassing your behavior was.

The man, captured by your incredibly beautiful eyes had to take a moment himself to gather back his usual state of mind and focus on getting you something to eat. He didn't need you to faint once more. Baron who was standing behind you pushed you gently towards the dining table, which was already clothed and various foods were already prepared in small bowls. Yet even though you were extremely hungry, you waited for the other two boys to have a seat and join you for the meal. The blond boy was quick to sit down next to you and the muscular boy took a seat across from you, both of them encouraging you to eat, explaining how they had already dined moments earlier and that they wanted you to eat in peace without 'the boys' intervening. Instead of questioning what they meant, you figured you will find it out eventually.

"So here is the deal", St.van, as you had found out during small talk while eating, said, "Baron has already explained your situation to us and as we are in need of a new maid to help us around the house, we would like to give you the job."

The fork in your ringed as it hit the tiled floor, your hands started shaking and you were on the verge of your tears. Were you really saved? Did this just really happen to you? You gulped down the stinginess in your eyes and tried to say something, anything, but your throat gave up on you.

"Of course we know you don't really have a place to stay, so you can just use our guestroom if that is ok with you."

This took your last straw and you just busted down into hot salty tears, flowing like a river from your eye sockets. Baron was quick to put an arm around your shoulder and comfort you, while you were chanting broken 'thank you's' as you were also dealing with the whole crying process of hiccups and sniffing. Never in a million years could you ever think that you were able to escape from the hellhole that was your life and finally have a job and also a place you could call home. Without thinking, you immediately agreed to the offer and soon you were also led to your own personal and most importantly comfortable room. The boys left you alone to accommodate to your new environment, yet as soon as they were out of the door you jumped on your bed and fell asleep almost in an instance.

"Jacob, did you do the background check I asked you to do?" St.van said entering a room a few doors further from yours. "Yes, and I found some crazy things", Jacob said kicking some snack bag off the bed for the bigger man to sit on. St.van crossed his arms and took a seat next to the man on his laptop.

"(Y/N) was born and raised only a few cities from here. Her mother died when she was pretty young. In fact, that was twelve years ago..." Jacob said giving St.van a stong expression. St.van gulped and reached to the small neckless around his neck.

"Continue..."

"The mother was killed in an unidentified fire at work. Apparently she lived with an elderly couple that had taken her in. The older couple also died two years ago causing her to lose everything and was forced to live on the streets. I couldn't find any information on her from during that time, but... there is something else..."

The man on the laptop started to fidget with his fingers, clearly not really being able to find any words. St.van took a moment to prepare himself for whatever the younger man had to say, before encouraging Jacob to tell what he had to tell. Gulping, Jacob moved on.

"Her father... was involved with the 'X'"
