It was a sunny day when you decided that Cash looked way to pale to stay inside, so without anyone noticing, you and she snuck outside a little park in the area. Immediately the little girl's face started glowing and she soon began to wander off, recalling the things she only knew from books and exploring new things she hasn't yet learned about, always making sure to ask you what each three and plant was and what they were good for. You were so happy your teaching has this much of an effect and even if you were not able to answer all of Cash's questions, you were impressed by the fact that she was so willing to learn.

You were both wondering off deeper in the forest when you suddenly felt uneasy and took Cash's hand, holding her close to you as you listened to the sounds of the forest carefully. There was no question you kept hearing footsteps, so before the situation got out of hand, you took Cash in your arms and started running back towards the park you were just in. You were almost out of the forest when you decided to have a look back, to see if anything was off, that's when you bumped into someone, yet instead of falling, you were forced in the strong grip of the person. Only after struggling quite a bit, you realized St. van was the one who was holding you tightly and if it weren't for his intense glare, you would have relaxed.

"What do you think you are doing?"

Scuffing, you looked back at him, sharing his strong expression. You definitely couldn't understand why he seemed so mad, after all, you just took Cash out for a much-needed breath of fresh air in the middle of the day where he was supposed to be at work. When you didn't respond, St. van slammed you into the next tree, hurting your back. You hissed in pain but remained strong. There was really no reason for St.van to act like this and you were standing strong onto your beliefs.

"What! We are just going on a walk!"

St. van, now pinning you to the tree, gave off a sarcastic laugh, before looking down at Cash who was tightly holding onto you, clearly being scared to the point she was digging her nails into your clothed arm. At this sight, St. van grew more furious.

"Look at her she is scared to death!" St. van said, ready to grab the little girl to his side but you were quicker.

"That's because you scare her!" you barked back, holding onto Cash tighter. You could feel her trembling in your arms, so you started stroking her back in the hope it would calm her down a little and indeed it helped her shivers. St. van swallowed hard, before taking you by the arm, leading you home. When you arrived, he told Cash to go into her room and change, before he took you to the kitchen. No one was home, so also no one heard the argument both of you began.

"Who allowed you to take Cash outside! I don't recall giving you permission!", the elder shouted.

"Well have you seen her lately, she looks like a corpse! Kids need to go outside and play around to be healthy! Do you even care for her?"

"It's because I care for both of you that I can't let you outside!", St. van said, his head was fuming and the veins on his neck were very prominent, but you knew better than giving up on your point of view and now it was your turn to point a finger to the man's chest.

"I've been living on the streets and turned out just fine! How much longer are you going to lock the child inside, instead of giving her a normal childhood", you said, feeling your finger trembling and slowly your vision turned blurry. Before St.van could respond to you, you collapsed on the floor before him. Worried, St. van immediately started to panic, as he stripped your jacket down, only to see the massive blood pool onto your shirt. Breathing heavily, his trembling hands messily searched for his phone and contact Lou as soon as possible.

Luckily for you, Lou was working in the basement that day, so he quickly rushed up to help treat your wound. For the next couple of days, you weren't able to wake up, just like the time when Cash got her knee injured, the boys had now found your weak spot, and could just wait out and hope for the wound to close. While all this happened, St.van stood closely by your side and helped change out bandages and also apply medicine to the seemingly never-healing wound.

When Baron got home the day of the injury, he was almost about to fight the elder boy for causing such misfortune to the one he loved, but while he wasn't alone on his feelings, the others had a much clearer mind and held the blonde back, before he could do anything more stupid. It took a while until the boys settled peace again in the house and talked the issue out. They were quick to understand that St.van didn't act like that on purpose and he just panicked since he had experience with Cash getting hurt outside, yet the members were also quick to point out that you also had valid points in the argument, so when you woke up weeks after, you were surprised to see St.van by your side with a darker hair color then you were used to.

"What happened?", you asked still feeling sore.

St.van pursed his lips and started explaining the events up to the current moment and was also sure to apologize for the pain he has caused you. You smiled and forgave him, to his surprise. And finally, when you were back on your feet, you returned to your duties you realized just how much time you were gone for. To begin with, St.van's room turned into a complete mess, as did Jacobs and surprisingly also Baron's room, which was filled with bottles of alcohol. You sigh as you cramped your sleeves and got back to work.
