My heart beats wildly in my chest as we descend the stairs. Like ninjas in the night, we move quickly, quietly and gracefully.

Sweat runs down my back in nervousness in fear were going to get caught. We stay against the wall as we get close to the exit were heading for at the end of the house.

Viktor's face comes in and out of my mind as we get closer to our destination, shaking my head as if to shake his face away and focus on my task.

I feel Max's hand on my midsection, suddenly stopping me from stepping any further. Just as I'm about the ask why we stay as a guard comes into my view, walking silently towards us. Like the thought pops into our minds at the same time, we step back together and keep our selfs flat against the wall breathing as quietly as we can. When he finally passes, we breath out in relief and carry on.

The door handle twists in his hand, and I'm thankful when no alarms go off alerting everyone in the house. I have no idea of his plans of getting us out of here or where we're heading, but I know he has a policy, or he wouldn't be going through with this. My gratitude for this Man grows more and more as we get closer and closer to the front entrance gate, but I know we're not out of the clear yet.

We have to top several times along the way hiding from security walking the property.
My father must not take his life lightly to have this many people watch over him while he sleeps in bed like a king. This only confirms my reasoning to leave further. I don't want to live a life always have to think about my next move. I don't want to kill someone just because I can. I don't want to live a life looking over my shoulder and hoping my guards obey me not betray me like Max is doing to my father by helping me right now. I smile at the thought of my father once he knows I'm gone. I know he will be pissed and stop at nothing to find me. I'm hoping I'm far away from here by the time he knows I'm gone. Nobody checks on me daily, so this should give me even more time.

"We're going to climb over as quietly as we can, keep your grip tight, and don't fall?" Max says, getting on his knees in front of the gate. My eyes widen as I look up at the 8-foot tall gate. Not having the time to think twice, I step into his hands as he lifts me, giving me a head start boost. I latch on the gate tightly and climb my heart thrashing like I drank a bunch of Red Bulls. I feel max coming up beside me as I reach the top. I quietly snicker in jealously at him for how easy he is making this look. Max's head turns looking at mine, a smirk taking his face before he throws one foot then the other over the gate going down. I roll my eyes at him throwing my feet over to descend.

"Hey, Hey! Get that girl!" Someone yells across the yard. My heart feels it going to pop out of my chest And I move faster, Max cursing at my feet below. I slid down the gate, not caring if I get hurt. Max takes my hand running before my feet even touch the ground. It takes everything I have not to look back, but I know they're going to follow us by the distant sound of a buzz and a gate opening. I'm suddenly jerked to the right coming up to a lone midnight Blake Yamaha YZF-R1 Mortar bike. I didn't have time to gush over this hunk of beauty before Max is pulling me on the back of the bike, wrapping my arms around his stomach. Headlights aluminate us from behind, Gunshots ring through the air as we take off with a yell. Something metallic fills my mouth as we zip down the road, it takes me a moment to realize I was biting my lip so hard I punched a hole in my lip. I feel no pain as adrenaline pumps through my vanes. More shots whiz past as."Max, we need to lose them" I yell at him.
