"You seem down today," Jungkook looked up at me with his wide eyes.
"Oh, u-uh... I'm fine," he laughed a little nervously. "I'm just not feeling to good is all," I eyed him suspiciously.
"You're lying."
"What? No I'm not."
"Yea, you are," I burst out laughing at his puzzled expression. He's at such a loss of words.
"Whatever, the teacher's coming in soon," he shook his head with a tiny smirk on his face. What a little shit he can be.
"Okay, return to your seats everyone!" The teacher entered the room on time with the bell. Jungkook and I's gazes met one last time before paying attention to the confusing word problems on the board.

"Hoseok, I'm home!" I sang throughout the living room as I waited for my brother's arrival.
I kicked my shoes off and threw my blazer somewhere on the counter before hopping up onto the counters to find something to eat in the cabinets above.
"Aish, come on!" I helplessly reached into the back of one to retrieve some chips.
A girl has just gotta stock up on sodium when she comes home from a long day of "learning". It's the way of living happy... or unhealthily.
"Hoseok?" I called, giving up on the chips for now until he could get them for me.
He never came out to greet me so I might as well go check on him.
Hushed voices could be heard from down the hallway.
Hoseok has never had any friends come over before... why now?
"You have to tell Ara!" The one voice nearly yelled. I pressed my ear against the door to listen better.
Just what can't I know?
"No, now's not the right time."
"Hoseok, you're leaving tonight. Ara is gonna be left with 6 boys she doesn't know at all and that'll be all on you!"
Wait WHAT?!
My heart dropped at those words and a cold sweat broke across my body like a fever. I was shaking with anxiousness and burning with fury.
I burst through the door, tears already stinging my eyes.
"You're leaving? And you didn't even bother to tell me?" My eyes met my brother's shocked gaze and a mint-haired man with pale skin. The slowed and darkened atmosphere only added to the words I just heard and the feelings that hit me with it.
"A-Ara," my brother trailed off, trying to find the words to say. Was there any to even be said at this point?
"Tell me it's not true!" He flinched at my sudden outburst. I bit my lip in frustration, anger and confusion taking over my whole body.
It can't be true. We're finally together again. He can't just leave me now! I need him.
"Look me in the eyes and tell me it's not true," I waited and waited for a response... but he gave up. His gaze traveled to the ground in shame.
"Ara, please," he took a step towards me and reached out for me, but to no avail. I stepped away from him in an attempt to get away from this situation.
"No," you could hear the pitiful sadness and hurt in my voice.
I wanted out of there.
I turned tail and ran out of that apartment as fast as I could without looking back. My brother yelled out to me, but I don't want to hear his stupid excuse.
This is exactly what he did to me; to the family. He's done this before and sure enough, he's doing it again.
I should've known he'd run away sooner or later. Damnit!
There is no one here to trust or to go to.
Except maybe... Jungkook.
*Jungkook's POV*
"Go fish," I watched as my hyungs attempted to play a game of Go Fish. The idiots couldn't seem to get a grasp on the concept no matter how many times I told them.
"No, hyung. You say 'go fish' when you don't have the card they asked for."
"Well then... stop fish!"
I smacked my forehead so hard that even heaven heard it. Maybe mother can hear these dumbasses speak as well.
"Jimin hyung, Jungkookie is turning red," Taehyung giggled all while pointing a condescending finger at me.
"Hyung!"
They erupted with laughter as smoke practically poured out of my ears.
What morons!
"If you have time to play a crippled game of Go Fish, then you have time to work," Yoongi hyung walked right past us, heading towards his office to start work himself I presumed.
"Hyung."
"Hm?" He turned around and ran an agitated hand through his mint hair.
"What's going on with Hoseok hyung?"
He sighed heavily before gesturing for me to follow him, Taehyung and Jimin hyung right behind me.
Yoongi hyung entered in the passcode to his office before ushering us inside. The smell of rich leather and high-tech filling my senses. Does high-tech even have smell?
Hyung snapped his fingers in my face and pointed at a tiny red dot on his computer screen.
"Ara found out the truth and took off."
My heart sank a little at those words. I knew that this would happen, but I just had to decide not to worry about it!
"Jungkook, she's all by herself out there right now. Hoseok's out looking for her, but I highly doubt she'll even go near her brother at this point and time. This is up to you as of now," before he could say another word I was on my way out the door.
"Jimin, you go with Jungkook. Taehyung, Go get Seokjin," the numbskulls nodded their heads obediently and followed me out the door.
Hold tight, Ara.
Just hold tight.
