Chapter 5 Quincy

Malna's P.O.V

I walked outside to the shop area, Kisuke was fanning himself. "Oh, come sit by me my love" He said putting his fan over his face. "Shut up" I said sitting next to him, i have no intentions of getting caught up in his little games. "Oh my, you seem to be in a bad mood today" He said. I just ignored him. He wants to play with my feelings? so be it. 

The doors opened and Rukia walked in, "It's Kuchiki!" Kisuke said getting up and fanning himself. "What can i do for you -?" He was hit on the face by a mobile phone that made him fall on the ground. I held in a laugh serves him right. "What can i do for you?!,  i called you again and  again, but you never answer! so I've come!" Rukia said annoyed. Kisuke got back up and rubbed his cheek where the phone had hit him. "Oh, i'm sorry. we've been quite busy lately." Kisuke apologized. "say, what happened to that spiky haired guy?" Jinta asked coming inside. "well, i don't like him. so it's better that he stayed away" Jinta said crossing his arms. "Hey Jinta!" Kisuke called out. 

"I wanted to ask you something." Rukia said softly. "What is it?" Kisuke asked getting serious. "It's about Quincy's" Rukia said. 

*time skip*

"Quincy? I haven't heard that name in a long time." Kisuke said. "It has a nostalgic ring to it, doesn't it?" Tessai said placing a cup of tea in front of Rukia. "It's been nearly 200 years since we heard that name." Tessai said. 200 YEARS?! JUST HOW OLD ARE THESE GUYS? WELL I KNOW THAT THEY ARE SOUL REAPERS AND THAT THEY LIVE LONG BUT... I HAVE NO IDEA. "what does it mean?" Rukia asked turning to Kisuke, Tessai got up and left. "Quincy is a tribe which once existed scattered throughout the world, Which specialized in destroying Hollows. They became extinct about 200 years ago." Kisuke explained. "Extinct?" Rukia asked. "yes.. humans who had powers like Kurosaki sensed the existence of hollows, and began to train to fight against them... that's how the tribe started. Like soul reapers, their mission was to destroy Hollows. However, there was one distinct difference between them and soul reapers and that was, whether to kill hollows or not. The soul reapers seek to purify hollows with their Zanpaku-to and allow them to cross over in to soul society. But Quincy's sought to totally kill them." Kisuke explained. "when you think about it, it is a very human thing to do. Hollows devour human souls. They hurt and kill our friends and family. So why would you want to send them to the soul society peacefully? It was only natural that they opposed it. So they always tried to kill hollows. They believed that they were avenging their comrades, but due to that belief, they were destroyed." Kisuke said putting his fan over his face Rukia looked stunned so was i. 

After while  i decided that i wanted to go out to the town, cause i was too mad to look at his face. "Where are you going Malna" Kisuke asked i turned around to face him he was standing right behind me. "Non of your business."  I said as i walked out of the house, i could feel his stare gazing on me. 

Kisuke's P.O.V

"Why is she so mad today? did i do something?" I mumbled to myself as i sat down. "Did you do something to her Urahara?" Rukia asked. "Not, that i know off" I said. That was when i felt it a sudden wave of negative energy. Hollows! "what is it, Urahara?" Rukia asked a bit concerned, before i could respond her hollow detector went off. "Huh? Dammit! A hollow..at a time like this!" she said opening it. "sorry Urahara, we will continue this later." Rukia said staring at her phone a beep went off. "What? The signal is gone. I get it Ichigo is doing pretty well." Rukia said. I thought otherwise. The beeping went of again and again. "Gone again? what's happening? it's not really broken, is it" Rukia asked staring at her phone. I was worried about Malna. "Again? so many Hollows, at this rate is not.. possible" Rukia said with a look of horror on her face as she watched the screen. 

The sound of a roar appeared near the shop, we ran outside to see it. " what does this heavy and agitated spiritual energy mean?" Rukia asked. "Just what is happening?" Rukia asked. I tried to get Malna's spiritual pressure. Just where could she be. That was when i felt it, i flash stepped to where she was with Rukia trailing behind me. 

Malna was standing with a hollow looking right at her ready to attack her any minute. I was about to jump to protect her when.. "Starlight blight Purify" She said aiming her arms towards the hollow a bright light hit the hollow and it was allowed to pass over to soul society. "A gold spiritual ribbon?" Rukia said pointing at Malna's ribbon. "Urahara, just what is your wife" Rukia asked. "Nothing threatening" I sighed in relief, that she was unharmed. "What are you?" Rukia asked when Malna turned behind. "Me?..I am a celestial Nymph" She smiled. Rukia stared at her with wide eyes. "Wow, you are one of the strongest beings" Rukia said making Malna chuckle. "BUT WHY ARE YOU MARRIED TO THIS PERVERT?" Rukia asked pointing at me annoyed. Malna sighed. "Honestly i would love it if i could find an answer" she said and flipped her hair. She glared at me that ran shivers down my spine. Just what did i do?

*Time skip*

Orihime's P.O.V

"Huh? Chad?" I said getting up looking around. "You're up? good morning" Chad greeted. "Good morning" I said back there was an awkward silence left. "Um.. where is this place?" I asked him. "Dunno..." he said. "Oh, you're up at last" A voice came from behind, i turned around to see a man in a green and white hat, who had platinum blonde hair his arms was crossed. While a darker shade of coat laid on his shoulder. "who is that?" I asked Chad not taking my eyes of him. "I don't know. but... it seems we were saved by him." Chad said. "Correct. Now then, where to begin?" The man said, A woman with long chest nut brown hair and dark blue eyes walked in to the room, She is so beautiful. I couldn't stop staring at her, she gave me a warm and welcoming smile. The man noticed my gaze and turned around. 

 "Thank god you both are awake and not harmed" She said sighing in relief. "This is my wife Malna Urahara, she helped save you both" The man said. "Thank you" i thanked her she smiled. "I see, you have a very beautiful wife" Chad commented. "I know right, i consider myself very lucky" The man said and looked at her which she just gave him a small smile. "I will be outside" She said and walked out. Huh?.. it seemed like they had a weird tension between them.

*Time skip*

"Just a minute." Chad said. "y..yes, all this about soul reapers and hollows..it's so sudden" I said trying to process the information that i just got. "then will you deny the fact that you were attacked earlier?" He asked. "well.." i trailed off. "Ichigo Kurosaki is fighting Hollows as a soul reaper as we speak, and the strong spiritual energy that he released has influenced you. That's what it means. However, it's all up to you, whether you open the gate that appeared before you or not."  He said. The door opened again and there was a man with curly hair and tanned skin sitting at the door. "Boss, the sky ridge has begun to converge" He said. "And the preparations?" The man asked. "All sat" he said sitting at the door. "well then let's go, Will you come?" He asked turning to leave. " I shall show you.. what is beyond the gate." He said.
