LIGHTNING

I wrote a song called LIGHTNING....you can find it online......

 The song originated from pain, then pain found words and words found a melody....

here are the words.....

LIGHTNING

I heard that you are back in town

I guess I'll be ok knowing you'll be back around

but I'm not the same girl that you left

somehow I found a hidden strength

I never knew I possessed.

My friends were worried for awhile

but finally I got over you and regained my smile

and even though your name is written on my soul

we will never go back down that long and winding road.

I WILL NOT FALL for you again

cause getting over you

was like catching Lightning... in a bottle....

Nothing is harder.....than getting over

nothing is worse.... than when love hurts.

I tried all I could...it took all I had

loving you was good, when loving you was bad.

It took all I had.

And even though your name is written on my soul

we will never go back down that long and winding road.
