Spending five weeks in hospital was hell but I was thankful that no one not even Violet was killed. The police showed up just in time another minute and I most like would not be here right now, of course, I also had Grayson to thank for saving me until the cops got there and Violet for calling them when I pushed her into the room alone. Iris and Robin were taken to the hospital but were handcuffed to their beds. For extra protection, they put guards in front of my door and theirs so that I was safer.
Violet and Grayson were under close watch as well. Once the police heard what I told them they also arrested Chad who is in jail waiting for his trail. Iris and Robin left a week ago so there was no more need for the guards. I thought once the guards left that Violet and Grayson would visit me more but I was sadly mistaken. Neither of them visited me often leaving me with a lot of time on my hands. My parents and sister Cameron came to visit me but had to leave cause they couldn't miss work.
I wondered if Iris was already tricking another guy into falling for her or if she had learned her lesson. I was lucky enough to have a tv in my room which I keep all the time or did. Today I would finally be going home though the doctors told me to get lots of rest and not do anything major for a couple of weeks.
I make my way out of the hospital and onto the street. A taxi picks me up and I pay him once he arrives at the house. I knock on the door when it swings open Violet rushes towards me and pulls me into a big hug. Once she releases me she looks up at me then playfully punches my shoulder "Why didn't you call! We could have picked you up!" wondering who she meant by 'we' I walk into the house and see Grayson smiling on the couch. We walk over to each other and bro hug. "What are you doing here!" I ask he looks over at Violet "After we left the hospital she invited me to stay with you guys!" I smile at him then turn over to Violet who was blushing.
"Only if you want him to stay" I nod my head enthusiastically "Why wouldn't I?" I ask looking from Violet to Grayson and back again she shrugs then moves into the living room. "I'm starving!" I say walking into the kitchen I look everywhere but can't find what I want "Vi! Where are the pop tarts" she laughs a little then glances at Grayson "We don't have any but we have toaster strudels" confused I go into the fridge and grab an apple instead. I sit down next to Violet on the couch but she shifts closer to Grayson.
Confused I focus on the tv wondering why my brother and my girlfriend were acting so oddly but then remind myself that after what happened they must not know how to act around me.
