You walk through the busy office, the place bustling with stressed interns and noisy employees. "Hey, Y/N!" You heard Jisoo call out to you. "Jisoo? What are you doing? Aren't you supposed to be eating lunch?" You questioned as she walked up to you. "Well...er, I was just going to ask you if you wanted to go to lunch with me. Hehe." Jisoo said, her grin sensible.

You brushed back your hair and looked at the pile of files in your arms. "Umm, I'm afraid I can't. I have to return this to Jennie and plus, I have extra paperwork to do later. So, sorry, I can't come." You said, Jisoo's grin dropping.

"O-oh...um, of course. Well, see you later, I guess." Jisoo said, waving before quickly walking away. You sighed and walked to Jennie's office. As you walked inside, you saw Jennie in her seat, busy with a phone call. "Of course, sir. I'll get there by Friday. Mhm. Alright, bye." Jennie said, ending the phone call before looking up at you. Realizing that you stared at her, you quickly correct yourself.

"U- oh! Um, I finished half of the paperwork you gave me." You awkwardly said, popping back into reality after staring at her for a little bit. You set the files on the table, the weight finally lifted of your arms. "Oh- right. That's good, I guess. I thought you would be eating your lunch right now, though?" Jennie said, setting the files aside. "Unfortunately, I still have some more work to do, so I wouldn't be able to eat it, for today at least." You assured her, Jennie's expression still slightly concerned. You walked out of her office before she could say anything else and immediately started heading towards your post, like usual. Unusually, you hear a scream and you looked around in the office.

You see people awe in wonder and others huddle in fear. "What-"

"Watch out!" Somebody shrieked, their tone afraid.

You looked to your side and your eyes widened, a seemingly large object, possibly debris, heading at you, piercing your ribs as it grazed the side of your body, blood staining your blouse. Unfortunately, the debris took you along, launching you out the window with it. On the other hand, the office went into a massive frenzy, with some evacuating immediately and others praying for their lives.

It all seemed so fast. One moment you were walking back to post and another you were now falling from high ground, awaiting your death-

Or so you thought.

Two arms wrapped around you and your mind felt light-headed for a moment before you barely realized that you were on the ground. Your body aches and burns with pain as the wounds drive your body fragile. Police sirens and screams filled your eardrums as your savior lightly tapped your face, looking for any sign of life left. "Oh goodness, are you alive?" Your savior said with a muffled, concerned tone. You tried to focus through the fogginess of your vision to see a pretty young girl with blonde hair.

"H...help.." You weakly said, your voice dry. The girl looks at your face, concern glowing in her eyes, and whispers a small sentence, softly pressing her hand on your body in the process. You gasped for air as the pain grows, but then sinks into your body. Your once cheetah-quick heartbeat slowed down and your vision comes back, along with your other senses. "I.." Your voice falters as you reach down to your body, seemingly unscathed, except your clothing, which had been ripped and stained with blood from before. You look up to see the girl who saved you. Witchess, they called her. She softly smiles for a quick second before looking up at a voice.

"C'mon, Witchess, let's go!" You heard somebody say. Witchess looks away for a moment before rushing away quickly.

Now left in shock, you stood up with the best of your strength to see the building destroyed and employees running out of the debris, along with...dead bodies on the scene. A catastrophe filled your sight, mentally ripping through your memories so it could be remembered forever.

"Y/N!" You hear somebody say near you. You look in the direction you heard it from to see Jisoo running toward you with open arms. "You- you're safe." She said, tightly hugging you before quickly letting go. "Jisoo, I-"

"Listen, you need to go to somewhere safe. Any place away from here. Now." Jisoo warned, confusing you. "What about you?" You asked, determined to not let her go so easily. "I...I need to go. B- bye!" Jisoo said, rushing off somewhere. You ran in her direction but saw nothing, not even a single trace of Jisoo. As you ran toward her direction in despair, a block of a building falls in front of you, reminding you of a possible fate you've could faced.

Tears threatened to fall out as you take in the sight. It was horrible. More debris fell down and more dead bodies filled the scene. The sky was gray, with bright lights randomly appearing. "Why would anyone do this?" You thought, your knees feeling weak. You eventually decided to listen to Jisoo's advice and ran away, as far as your feet can take you.

Away from this nightmare.
