Neela in trouble?

Neel: Ms. Mehta ek baat dyan se suno. This is highly confidential. Once it is prepared forward to me and after my approval you can send it to the client.
Avni : ok sir.
Both Avni and Mr. Gujral leave. Avni was walking towards her table she sees DD is flirting with sunehri.
Avni: who is this sunehri?
DD:  mei DD, Dakhal Dayal. Neel ka best friend. Aur sunehri ka...
Sunehri:( fumbles) Ha.. mera bhi friend hei.
She tries to introduce Avni to DD. Sunehri: DD, meet my friend....
DD interrupts.
DD: I know aap Avni ji he na?
Avni: How do you know me.
DD: Arey aap jaisi talented insaan ko kon nahi janta. Neel ne Aap ke baare mei bahut kuch bataya.
Avni: (amused) Neel sir?
Then someone comes and tell Avni that Mr. Gujral is calling her. She excuses and leaves.
Sunehri: Tum keh raha tha ki Neel sir Avni ke baare mei tumhe bataya.
DD: Yes. You know first time I am seeing that Neel is admiring a girl.
Sunehri: sachi?
DD: muchi. Neel ne usko ek Nick name bhi diya hei.
Sunehri: kya ?
DD: lady Don.
Both of them laugh. Monica was listening to them. She becomes furious. *******
***Mehta communications office***

A big building but simple too. Neela is sitting in her cabin. Suddenly some officers enter there.
Officer1: Mrs. Neela Mehta, we are from income tax department. (Shows id) we want to search your office. Neela: (shocked)But why? We didn't do anything illegal.
Officer 2: Agar kuch nahi kiya hei to phir darne ka kya zarrorat hei ( sarcastically ).
Neela: But sir..
Officer 1: we have the warrant. So please cooperate..
Officer 2: otherwise we have to take police assistance.
Neela: ( regains her courage ) ok.  Please carry on.
Off1: for 36 hrs we are sealing this company. Nobody can enter here till then.
Neela is worried. Her P A comes to Neela.
Neela: Tell everyone to clear out. PA nodes. Neela comes out of the building and the staffs too. Neela looks at the name board of company-.Mehta communications. She was in deep thought. Suddenly her mobile rings. She pick up the call.
A manly voice on the other side: Good morning Neela ji..
Neela: Tum..
Voice: arey wah..aap pehchan liya mujhe?
Neela: Mujhe pehle se hi pata tha is ke piche tum hoga. Tumhe kya laga 2 din mere company bandh raha to Neela Mehta tumhare samne bhig maangne ayegi?
Voice: Ye to sirf ek trailor tha..ek warning. Picture abhi bhi baaki hei. Call cuts.
Neela: hello..hello.. (she feels very angry , sad and helpless at a time). pata nahi wo kya karne wale hei. Mujhe careful rahna chahiye. Legal advisor ko consult karna hei.

In Khanna builders****

Mr. Gujral: Ms. Mehta, you know how to do this right?
Avni : Yes sir.
Gujral: Draft kisiko mat dikhao. This is highly confidential.
Avni agrees and leaves. Gujral gives a wiered smile. Avni do the job very carefully and perfectly. She complete that and email it to Neil. It was late. She left the office last. In a hurry she forgot to log out from her email.***

At Mehta house: Amol opens the door for Avni.
Avni: Maa abhi tak ayi nahi? Amol: Nahi di. Mujhe call kiya tha. Wo late hojayengi. Avni check Aashish and come back.
Amol: Di.
.Avni : Kya hua Amol tum bahut pareshan dikh rahe ho?
Amol: Wo...di. I think maa tik nahi hei. Phone pe bahut pareshan lag rahi thi.
Avni: ma ne kya kaha?
Amol: Wo legal advisor ke pass gaye hei. Sirf itna kaha ki late hojayegi. Par hamari company mei raid hua hei. Avni: what? But why? Kisne kaha? Amol: Mathur uncle ne bataya. Zyada kuch nahi pata. Do din keliye company close kiya hei. Di... maa tik hogi na.
He is worried and make a sad face. Avni : tu chinta mat kar. Maa tik hi hoga.
Then calling bell rings. It's Neela. Avni and Amol: Maa...they hug Neela. Neela : kya hua?
Avni: company mei raid hua hei kya? Neela: tumhe kaise pata chala? ( Shocked ). Amol: Mathur uncle ne bataya. Wo kaha ki company close kiya hei. 
Neela: haa do din unhe enquiry karne keliye close kiya hei. Isme pareshan hone ki koi baat nahi hei.
Avni : Par ma..achanak ye kaise?
Neela: arey Kuch nahi mera bacha. Hum sab perfectly kiya hei. Koi problem nahi hoga. I have taken legal advise too.
Avni: sach batao maa mene kuch dinose notice kiya hei aap kaafi tension mei hei.
Neela: haa ..Wo to hei ghar mei ek jawan ladki hei uski shaadi karvani hei wo bhi ek shaitan ladki,  to tension hogi na? Both Neela and Amol smiles.
Avni : Ye kya baat hui? I know you are changing the topic. Batao hamari company ko koi badnaam karne ki koshish kar rahe hei kya.
Neela: (take a breath ) Aisa kuch nahi hei Avni. When company develops, rivals and this kind of issues are common.
Amol: Sachi.
Neela: ha baaba. Tum dono mera sir khana bandh karo nahi to dinner waste ho jayega.
Avni hugs Neela.
Avni : Maa hame Aap pe garv hei. Papa ke accident aur ye condition ke baad Aap ne hum dono ko itne ache se pala, bada kiya, sath sath company ko sambhala.  Business itna develop kiya wo bhi akele.
Amol: ha.. aap sach mei super mom ho. He also join in hug.
Neela: Arey mein akele kaise tum dono to mere sath thi na aur Aashish bhi. Their eyes get teary. After that they have dinner and go to bed.

*******Next morning ******
Avni and Amol get ready Amol Aashish se aur Neela se bye bolta hei. He is going back to college. Avni drops him in the railway station and see off him.
