Meanwhile back at the Pride Lands, the animals were struggling cause of the changing of the season curse that was bestowed on the land by the King. But everyday, every animal, especially the zebra and the gazelle herds, complain about who shall eat in wherever they were supposed to be. But Prince Mheetu solved the solution out and he let the Lion Guard help him in guiding the herds to an another field.
"Thank you, your majesty." the zebra acknowledged as she walks away from them.
"And if you ever need me or the Guard, don't hesitate to visit us at Pride Rock!" he reminded the zebra before she could respond a nod.
"Prince Mheetu, are we just expected to sit here and starve while you patrol in the middle of the high morning?" Queen Rani harshly asked Prince Mheetu as she approaches to him.
"Princess Kiara has given her orders..." he started.
"And that's another thing! Has it dawned on you that your princess may be conspiring with a wicked lion to destroy us all?" she argued.
"Do not question the Princess. She left me in charge, and I will not hesitate to protect the Pride Lands from treason." he growled at Queen Rani, which she backed off in shock.
"Treason?!" she mouthed.
At the sudden moment, Zazu came flying in to give Prince Mheetu a report about what happened to the Princess.
"Sire! Princess Kiara has been attacked!" he exclaimed panically.
He looked at the path that Kiara took that night she left to hench on her journey. And he knew that his mate was in trouble with her brother.
"Princess Kiara is in trouble. I need volunteers to go with me to find her." he announced as he faces the animal crowd with determination.
"Me and my Night Pride shall join this fight, your majesty!" she called to him, then she whispered to her Pride, "Be prepared for anything. And should you encounter the King, you are to put an end to this mess. Do you understand?"
The Night Pride nodded as they head off with Prince Mheetu to find Princess Kiara.

"So how exactly are you planning to stop this weather?" Kovu asked as he jumped on each of the boulder that leads the way to the Theluji Mountain.
"Oh, I am gonna talk to my brother." she responded as she jumped two boulders ahead of him.
"That's your plan? My hunting business is riding on you talking to your brother?" he said as he jumped into the top of the mountain.
"Uh-huh." she nodded as she followed him as he almost slipped on a icy area then he stepped foot on the snow.
"So you're not at all afraid of him?" he questioned Kiara.
"Why would I be?" she smirked as she jumps the boulder to the next.
"Yeah. I bet he's the nicest, gentlest, fierceful lion ever. Oh, look at that." Chuluun said as she stopped her tracks at a wall that leads to the mountain.
"Well, it was too steep. We'll gonna find another way--" he paused as he noticed Kiara climbing off a wall. "--what are you doing?"
"I'm going to see my brother!" she grunted as she tries to climb a wall.
"You're gonna kill yourself." he muttered as he noticed Kiara stepping on a weak rock. "I wouldn't put my paw there."
"You're distracting me." she muttered.
"How do you know Kion even wants to see you?" he sighed as he tilted his head in amusement.
"Alright, I'm...I'm just blocking you out cause I gotta concentrate here." she huffed as she continues to climb into the wall.
