❄ Chapter Six ❄

Chuluun sat down with Kiara, whom she was still crying about the things she had done and still, heartbrokened for what Prince Mheetu had done to her.

"Hey." Chuluun whispered as she tapped Kiara's back, which she flew her eyes open and she looked at Chuluun with shock.

"Chuluun!" she called.

"Are you okay and--" she paused then she stared at Kiara's paws with a shock. The brown rocky that connects with the stone-aged heart, has grown into Kiara's hind legs. "Whoa! Kiara, I...your legs."

"I know." she nodded as she wipes out her tears.

"So, where's Prince Mheetu? What happened to your kiss?" she asked in a concerned look.

"I was wrong about him. It wasn't true love." she responded admittedly.

"But we ran all the way here." she said as she stood up and she bumped Kiara.

"Please, Chuluun, you can't stay here." Kiara shooked her head as she looked at her with worry.

"No! I am not leaving here until we find some other act of true love to save you." she protested herself as she sat down and she thinks of ideas. "Do you happen to have any ideas?"

"I don't even know what love is." she nodded slightly and she sniffles her nose.

"That's okay, I do." Chuluun said as she leans into Kiara's shoulder. "Love is putting someone else's needs before yours. Like, you know, how Vitani and Kovu brought you back here to Prince Mheetu and left you forever."

Kiara blinked at the last word that Chuluun said, which she looked at her with a curious thought.

"Kovu loves me?" she asked Chuluun.

"Wow." she laughed. "You really don't know anything about love, do you?"

"Neither than I. I fairly realized that I didn't even love him for the first time and he dumped me for some sort. I guess I felt heartbrokened for a lot of reasons, especially my parents left me since when I was younger." Kiara said as she realizes what Chuluun said.

"Ha, ha." she laughed sarcastically then she told her, "But also know this, sometimes you had to trust the person that you've had met first before you love and cherish that someone that you cared for. And besides, some people are worth melting for."

Kiara smiled as she accepts Chuluun's advice then she looked at her with a suprising gasp.

"Just maybe not right this second." she whispered quickly as she tries to snap her mind off.

"Hey!" someone called at the hole that Chuluun moved with. "Hello? Is someone there?"

"Just a minute." Chuluun nodded as she walks back to her hole then she crawled through it to see who's calling her. "What is it, then?"

"Sorry to interrupt, miss." he egret, or most specifically Ono, apolgized to Chuluun as he lands on the ground. "But I just saw a black lion and with a lioness coming in this way."

"Kovu and Vitani!" she repraised.

"Exactly." he nodded as he turned around and he flew away.

"Thank you!" she acknowledged then she crawled back into the hole and she ran to Princess Kiara.

"Kiara! Guess what? Kovu and Vitani are on their way." she announced to Kiara as she turned around and she slightly smiled at her.

"Th--They are?" she stuttered as she shivered through the breeze that the hole blew in through.

"Yes, they were. So I guess I was wrong. I guess Kovu doesn't love you enough to leave you behind." she responded bitterly as Kiara stood up and she ran into her.
