❄ Chapter Five ❄

"Kiara!" Kovu called in agony as he shooked her off, trying to wake her out of her consciousness. Then suddenly a white owl approached to them and she looked at Kiara with a worried expression.

"This is bad. Really bad." the owl muttered.

"What is it, Ullu?" Vitani called as she approaches her and her brother.

Ullu took a brief silence before she widens her eyes in shock as she knew this feeling that she felt a long time ago and she also knew it was time to seek the Queen's help.

"We need to get to Queen Janna. Come on!" Ullu said as she flew away from them and they followed her into the Tree of Life, where Queen Janna stayed and lived in.

"Your majesty." Ullu greeted the Queen Janna as she lands on safe ground and bowed before her majesty.

"What brings you here, Ullu?" Queen Janna smiled at her as Ullu points to them and to the unconscious Kiara.

"She has a stone-aged heart!" Ullu exclaimed and Queen Janna quickly rushed to Kiara as Kovu and Vitani helped each other to carry her in.

"Queen Janna." he called her as he put down Kiara.

"Come, come. Bring her here to me." Queen Janna commanded Kovu and he pulled her off close to her.

Kiara blinked slightly off to Queen Janna's gaze as she places her paw onto Kiara's head and she felt the sense of something that would put Kiara's life in danger. "Kiara, your life is in danger. There is stone in your heart, being put there by your brother. If not removed, to stone will you shall rise, forever."

"What, no." she shooked as Kovu comforted her.

"But you can remove it, right?" he asked Queen Janna.

"I cannot. I'm sorry, Kovu." She shooked her head. "If it was her head that would be easy, but only an act of true love can break a stone-aged heart."

"An act of true love?" Kiara murmured.

"A true loves kiss, perhaps?" the honey badger grinned at the polar bear and she kissed him on the cheek.

Kiara breathed slightly hard as her paws kept turning into stone and she choked upon during her mid-breath.

"Kiara, we need to get to Mheetu." Kovu cooed Kiara as she replies with a nod. "Help me out, Vitani!"

"Alright! Come on, Chuluun! Help me out!" Vitani commanded Chuluun as they worked together to lift Kiara onto Kovu's back and they ran off swiftly away back to the Pride Lands.

"Let's go kiss Mheetu! Who is this Mheetu?!" Chuluun yelled as she rans beyond fast towards them.

While all of the animals were grouped themselves up to challenge Kion, Prince Mheetu took to the lead to the Theluji Mountains where he was stayed on ever since he ran away.

"We are here to find Princess Kiara. Be on guard, but no harm is to come to the King. Do you understand?" he cautioned the animals as they muttered a "Yes, sir" in response.

And as they almost entered the mountain, the icy gorilla appered out of nowhere and they attacked the herds as they battle one on one with each other.

The porcupines shoot their quills at the gorilla as the elephants sprayed him with misty water to melt him away. But he was defenseless. He attacked them back by throwing a tree at them and they quickly yelped and backed off.

And at the distracting moment, the gorilla smelt the predators and he saw them as they rushed quickly to Kion's cave palace.

He angirly screamed and he ran towards them and he tries attack them to move away from the palace but Prince Mheetu and the Pride Land animals surround him off.
