Unexpected News

[Hope's POV]

I kept running through the woods until my lungs burned from the cold air. Then I collapsed on the ground next to a blanket I left out here. I covered myself with the blanket and shifted back to my human form. When I got up and turned around I saw my Aunt Freya. "Aunt Freya! What are you doing all the way from New Orleans?" She looked very exhausted. "I drove all the way here to deal with your magical werewolf problem. There was a huge accident on one of the main roads so instead of the normal 14 hours it took 2-3 days." No wonder she's exhausted she hasn't slept in 3 days. "Why don't we go back to the school and get you some clothes and me some sleep." I can feel tears threatening to fall. "Josie cheated on me, Aunt Freya. She's Pregnant."

When we got back to the school it was around 10 am. Aunt Freya went to my room to take a nap while I sat and ate breakfast next to the bed. I smelled and heard Josie before she even got to the door. "Hope let me explain. I didn't cheat on you." I didn't answer back. "I haven't been with anyone else except you. It has to be your baby." Not. Possible. "Last time I checked I didn't have a dick. Explain then. Josie how is it possible for two females to have a baby?!" At this point, I was yelling. "I don't know Hope. But I'll prove it." I heard her voice break a little. "Until you 'prove it' we are done."

[Josie's POV]

At that moment in time. I felt my heart shatter. I know this is Hope's baby, and I will prove it. I ran to my Dad's office crying. "Dad! I need help." I practically fell in his arms while he was talking to the school's counselor Emma. "We'll finish later Emma. What's the matter, Josie?" I took a couple of deep breaths and explained. "Well, Daddy I'm pregnant and hope thinks I cheated on her but she's the only person I've been with. It can only be her baby. Can you help me prove it?" I let him go and looked up at him. "Well I'm not entirely happy that you got pregnant at 16, But yes go to the nurse and ask for a DNA sampling kit and we will see what we can do." I ran out the doors towards the nurse's office and got what I needed. I went back to my Dad's office to do my side of the DNA test.

[Hope's POV]

A few hours after Josie's visit, I went for a walk around campus only for her to approach me again. She held out a plastic tube. "Spit please." I grabbed it and asked, "Why do you want my spit?" "I want to prove to you that I didn't cheat on you. So spit. In there." She pointed to the tube. "Fine." I spit in the tube and handed it back to her. "Thank you." She walked off towards the direction of Dr.Saltzman's office.

A few hours later Josie and I were called to the headmaster's office. When we got there, there were 3 other people in the office. Dr. Saltzman, Emma, and Aunt Freya were all in there. Dr. Saltzman spoke up. "It turns out that the baby's parents are Josie and Hope." I felt tears roll down my face. How is this possible? After all those terrible things I said and it was my kid after all?! I looked at Josie and she was looking at me.

[Josie's POV]

I know she didn't think it was possible. It isn't her fault. I walked over and hugged her. I whispered "It's not your fault. You didn't know." She hugged me back then my dad spoke up again. "Also you two are having twins." Hope looked up at me and smiled. "Mini Saltzman twins?" I smiled back at her and said. "Yeah, I guess so."

[Hope's POV]

"Aunt Freya, How is this even possible?" I asked while we walked down the hall with Josie on Aunt Freya's other side. "Well, the spit sample you gave can be equivalent to sperm if that helps." Josie and I blushed with embarrassment. As we got to my room I pulled out an extra cot for my Aunt and sat on my bed. "It's hard to believe that two teenage girls are having babies." Aunt Freya looked at us and smiled. Josie and I looked at each other briefly. "I feel like I'm third-wheeling" Then she rolled over on her cot. "We love you, Aunt Freya!" Josie said as we both start giggling. "Goodnight you two" I heard Aunt Freya say before I drifted off to sleep.
