pt. 2 - He is back?

-Present Day-

A ring on your phone wake you up from daydreaming. It was a text from your brother, Woojin.

Apparently he is asking you to go out for a lunch with him and you agreed. You put your phone on the table and walk into your bedroom to go change into a more comfortable outfit, a plain t-shirt and ripped jeans. As you're done checking yourself out on your fullbody mirror, you noticed something small and gold above the nightstand. Yes, that's the key Chris gave you that day. The only thing of him that is left with you because the next day after he left, Woojin and the boys were coming over to comfort you and pack Chris's things as what Chris told them to do. But they refused to take the key, even Woojin. 'Chan hyung will kill us all if he knows that key is not with you anymore, or if one of us decided to keep the key for you' that's what Hyunjin said that day. As you feel like you are ready to move on, you put the key into the drawer. Because no matter what, he is already someone's husband now. "good bye, Chris." You whispered lowly before you heard the front door clicked open. "YN!" you grab your purse as you heard Woojin's voice, "I'm coming!"

"BURP! Oops, sorry" Woojin chuckled as you hit his arm for burping so loud in public restaurant. "thank you for the meal, oppa.." you grinned at him, making him pauses whatever he is doing and start staring at you curiously. "what?" you asked him but he put his palm on your forehead instead, "are you okay?" he asked. You narrow your eyebrows at him, "of course, why wouldn't I be okay?" you asked him back as you sip on your tea. "mm nothing, it's just you haven't been this cheerful the past few months." You nod at his answer, "well, I have to move on, right?" you said as you show him your best smile. He only smiles back and nod to answer your question. He knew by that smile of yours that you're actually still not ready but he respects your decision for that.

Slowly he grips on your hands and look at you right in your eyes, "just always know I am here for you, okay? No matter how busy I am, there will always time for my one and only little sister." You grip his hand back and smiles wider, "I know I can always count on you" you said in cute tone making him chuckle and reach out to mess your hair. "now, what should we do?" he rests his chin on both his palms. "mm, can I have some ice cream?" you asked, staring back at him with puppy eyes. "alright ice cream it is!" he exclaims making you cheers in joy. Both of you then stand up and walk out of the sushi place after Woojin pay for the sushi.

Along the sidewalk, you keep holding on Woojin's hand like everytime you both walk together ever since you were kids. It's been so long since your last walk together too because his business is getting busier by day. "oppa," you turn your head to his direction as he hum and look at you back. "thank you," you said softly but loud enough for him to hear that which you can tell by the smile formed on his lips. "I am now ready to move on" you added with a happy tone and a grin. He pulled you closer and put his arm around your shoulder, "that's my little baby" he said making the both of you chuckle. You then found your favourite ice cream shop, the place you always went together with the boys and Chris. But you shrug it off. You just want to feel better today with Woojin by your side. The both of you continue walking to the nearest park to enjoy your ice cream and your evening.

"YN!" you turn your head to Woojin who is sitting on the other swing next you yours and see him putting his phone back to his pocket. "do you want to stop by my place? I told the boys that I'm with you and they want to meet you too after work." He said. You think for a while before nodding, thinking they'd make today even better because actually each of them has been contacting you too to make sure that you're fine. "sure! Can I cook something for them?" you said, eating the last piece of your ice cream cone. Woojin shook his head making you frown, "Hyunjin will buy some meats on his way and we will grill together" he said. "really??" you were a bit shocked since that guy is always low on 'money' due to his need of skincares. Woojin chuckled at your tone and walk over to you, "I know right? But he said if it's for you he will buy it." You couldn't help to hold your laugh at the cheesiness and grab Woojin's hand that is offered to you, pulling yourself to stand. "fine then, I will take that." You said with a smirk as you wrap your arms around Woojin's and walk with him to his place.

Once you arrived, you decided to take some shower and borrow his clothes, a hoodie and a sweatpants. You also decided to sleep over there. After you finished tying your hair you approached Woojin and sat beside him who is now watching tv, cuddling to him. "I missed mom" you suddenly said. "hmm I do too" he nodded and reaches to stroke your hair softly.

/BANG BANG BANG!/ "HYUNG HYUNG!!" you jumped up and run to the door as you heard that, leaving Woojin who is now smiling at your excitement. "GUUUYS!!" you opened the door and shouts as they did the same "YN!!" you immediately jumped to hug Jisung who stands at the front making the rest circles around to hug you in the same time. "Guuuuys I can't breaath!" you exclaimed and they started to let go. "Soorry, we're just missing you so much" Jeongin, the youngest walk up to you with a pout. "Well, I'm here now!" you said. "we're glad you're back, YN" Changbin pats your head making you smile wider. Suddenly Hyunjin lifted his hand showing you a plastic bag, "guess who's gonna party now??" everyone started to cheers including Woojin who is already standing behind you. "come in guys!" you said, can't wait for the fun with them, they then walk in and head straight to the backyard where Woojin already prepared to griller at.

Half way into preparing, you heard Minho cursedunder his breathe. "What??" you asked him making the rest staring. "That's whyI feel like something is odd, I left the drinks in my car." He said, wiping hishand into a towel. "Let me get it!" you offered him as you immediately grab hiscar key and rush outside. You clicked the remote key to see which car is his sincesome of their cars are the same brand and type. "Oh that one" you said, walkingtoward the car and pick up a bag with canned beer and juice in it since Jeonginand you can't drink beer yet. With your eyes examining what's inside the bag asyou walked back inside the fence, you immediately stop and dropped the bag asyou lift your head. Someone you never want to see anymore is standing right infront of Woojin's door.
