"Huh? What do you mean?" Sara asked
"Finally! We've found you" Nitski said
"Hey guys" Yuzu said
"Hm? Who are they?" Nitski asked as she looked at the two white haired girls. Mei's eyes widen as she realized it was the Tachibana sisters
"Mei?" Sara asked
"Sara? Nina?" Mei asked
"Wow! It really is you!" Sara said as she ran up to her then hugged her. Matsuri and Mitsuko flinched as they watched the Omega hug their Alpha
"You've grown much taller" Sara said
"It's been a while" Mei said with a straight face
"Hehehe yep" Sara said and pulled away from the hug
"How have you and Yuzu been doing?" Nina asked
"Me and Y-yuzu?" Mei asked and looked over at Yuzu
"Babe how do you I look?" Harumin asked as she blushed feeling embarrassed. Yuzu turned around and blushed deeply
"You look amazing baby" Yuzu said as she walked up to her
"Hm? Wait aren't they the girls from the other Academy during our trip in high school?" Harumin asked
"Haha y-yeah" Yuzu said
"Wait...Yuzu? Mei?" Nina asked
"Aren't you two t-together?" Sara asked
"U-uhm...well that's what I wanted to tell you" Yuzu said
"You didn't say anything? Why?" Nina asked as she trembled and clenched her fists tightly
"L-look back then I was...hurt and all. I-I...I'm sorry I wasn't able to tell you. I just...I wasn't ready to tell you two about it" Yuzu said. Sara only looked down as she stayed silent
So...I gave up my love for nothing? I wanted them to be happy and all so I gave up...I gave up my Alpha for you...and this is what I get?
"Do you know how much Sara suffered because of you two?" Nina asked harshly
"I don't get why you're mad" Harumin said as she glared at the younger Tachibana
"Huh?! There is a reason to be mad! My sister gave up her love to let Yuzu be happy! Do you know how much my sister suffered?! She was heartbroken! After giving up her love for nothing!" Nina said raising her voice which caught the attention of a few customers
"Nina...please stop it" Sara said as she grabbed her arm but Nina pulled her arm away
"No! I won't stop Sara! Look what happened?! You gave up for nothing! You and Mei could've had a future together if it weren't for Yuzu! She ended up with her friend!" Nina said
I had enough of you being so kind to others and giving up your happiness just to make others happy...
"I don't want to see you hurt...you make people happy...but you...you're not happy" Nina said as she teared up
"Nina please calm down.." Yuzu said as she looked at her concerned
"This is all your fault! If you hadn't broken your promise then Sara and Mei would've been happy!" Nina said
"It's best if we talk outside..." Mei said
"Yes...we need to talk Mei...in private. Follow me" Sara said as she walked away heading out of the store. Mei turned to leave but she kissed her beloved mates
"I'll be back" Mei whispered
"Remember Mei..." Mitsuko whispered back
"Yes I know the rules apply to me too" Mei said
I won't let anything happen to me...
Matsuri felt a little uneasy which she didn't understand why
What is this feeling? Jealous? Maybe...but I trust Mei. Yes I trust her
"Am I the only one who is weirded out by that?" Nina asked
"By what?" Yuzu asked
"I think I just saw Mei kiss them" Nina said
"Because those are her fated mates" Nitski said
"Wh-what? Fated mates?" Nina asked
"Yeah I know. It's a little odd and you might think it's all a joke or something but it isn't" Yuzu said
"Two fated mates..." Nina mumbled
"I'm the one who got us together" Matsuri said
"You?" Nina asked
"...I also understand your sister's pain. Giving someone up to make your friend happy..." Matsuri said and looked over at Harumin then looked away
"What? That happened to you too?" Nina asked
"Yes and I'm happy that I did. My two best friends are happy together which makes me happy" Matsuri said as she smiled
"Couldn't you try to keep your lover by force or force her to love you?" Nina asked
"Why would I? Besides...no matter how much I tried...she was never happy with me so I decided to let her go so she can be happy with someone else" Matsuri
"And that fated mates thing?" Nina asked
"It may be some myth but...it's really true and I'm happy with them both" Matsuri said
"Still...I can't believe Yuzu didn't say anything..." Nina said as she looked down
"Either way...Mei would've never accepted your sister as her mate" Matsuri said
"What?" Nina asked as she looked at her
"Mei is fated to me...and so is Mitsuko. We're fated to be together..." Matsuri said
"...I don't believe my sister will give up that easily" Nina said as she smirked looking down at Matsuri
How can an Alpha stay with someone like her?
"Mei wouldn't do that..." Matsuri said
"Are you sure about that?" Nina asked
"Don't fuck with me bitch" Matsuri as she smirked devilishly. Nine only glared at her but felt a strange aura come from her
What is this sensation? This aura? It can't be?!
"Hey calm down" Yuzu said as she stood in between them
"Why would you hurt Sara like that Yuzu? You said you would support her no matter what..." Nina said
"Yes I know...and I'm sorry" Yuzu said. Nina only turned around and walked away
You will pay for hurting my sister like that...
"What the hell happened?" Nitski asked
"Yuzu-senpai? Is everything okay?" Nene asked
"Yes...I guess" Yuzu said. Matsuri turned around and walked away
"Let's go Mitsuko" Matsuri said. Mitsuko only followed her mate as they headed out of the store
"Do you think everything is okay?" Nene asked
"Probably not..." Maruta said
"Just forget them. Besides Matsuri is right...you can't force someone to love you. Especially if that someone is your best friend..." Nitski said and looked over at Yuzu and Harumin. Nitski couldn't help but smile
Matsuri really has changed...heh of course she has. She is an Alpha after all...
