3 Years after Dread’s attack

I walked up to the shoreline as I saw supplies from a Savior Co. container ship which was destroyed as it came up close to the shore of Magnys, “They must not have gotten the message that their stupid corporation is no longer welcome here.” I said in a low tone as I searched through some supply crates, I used to be a hired blade by Savior Co. until I figured out that they were harboring Dread and The Shadow Claw. 

After quite a bit of searching, I saw a metal and glass container float up to the shore with one specific service tag on it… one I hoped to never see again, but now it is back in my sight, 5T1NG or STING a robot made to destroy R34P3R and any others that dared to oppose them. This robot was destroyed years ago and now they made another, this can’t be a good sign.

I saw the container open and a mangled robot hand reach up and grab Sting’s arm, both arms then glowed a bright red temporarily until the mangled one went limp and Sting began getting up.

I ducked behind a big supply container on the beach and used my abilities, not natural but from some cybernetic enhancements that Savior Co. provided me, allowing me to be more helpful to their cause, my abilities made me more aware, I could basically scan the environment around me to see things behind me or anywhere near me, I could see the outline of Sting climbing out of the container it floated up in. It sent out some weird crimson tendrils at a car, it gripped the car and threw it at a building,  I saw it fly into the cities and smash windows with the tendrils, and pulling out groups of civilians, holding them, and seemingly killing them. "Small price, for a reunion." It said. Then I saw Reaper, Luke Warm, and The Midnight Wolf come and confront it, Reaper slashed threw the tendrils with some shadow swords while the rest of them caught the falling people. I drew my swords and got ready for a fight but stayed hidden.

“Such is fate,” Sting said as big fire wings appeared out of its back and it flew into the air, not too far but still out of sword reach, they were useless to me now, all I have now are my shurikens.

I came out from around the corner and saw Sting raising its arm and three crimson tendrils spiraling around a gap in the middle towards The Midnight Wolf, it went straight to his neck and lifted him up. He immediately began grasping at his neck and gasping for air until the tendrils released him and he fell to the ground, The Midnight Wolf stood up wounded and holding his side, he began to walk backward to get away from Sting.

Another beam came out of its hand and began going towards Reaper, he shifted his foot and then lifted his hands, creating an almost identical shadow beam which he then began shooting at the other beam, holding it back. They seemed to be both putting in a lot of effort, Sting then put up a second hand, which strengthened his beam causing Reaper to get knocked down and grabbed by the beam, Sting lifted Reaper into the air and noticed that due to him being a robot he couldn't be chocked, this angered Sting and because of this it just threw him far off towards the Magnys Lighthouse, a structure created as more of a monument to Dynamo, it was built in the area where the battle went down against Dread.

The Midnight Wolf began to run back slightly, and a portal opened up in front of him, which he then ran into, Luke Warm grabbed me and ran through the portal, it then closed before Sting could get through.

“What were you doing there, you could have died, civilians like you should not be involving yourself in things like that.” Luke Warm said as the portal closed.

“I was scavenging the Savior Co. supplies, I used to work for them so I know an easy code to access the important stuff, but then that thing happened, I wanted to help, I could have helped but after seeing what it was doing, I was frozen still with fear,” I replied, as I looked over at The Midnight Wolf, sitting down on a bench, I looked around and noticed that they were smart and didn't send some random civilian to their base, we were at the Magnys Lighthouse, I saw Reaper sat down against the outer wall, not moving, but all his systems were still lit up so he seemed to still be alive. “Are they going to be okay?” I asked.

“We have handled worse, now we just need to focus on taking down that robot.” He responded.

“Sting…” I said, “Sting!, that's it, do you have any idea where I could locate a Savior Co. computer, with one I would be capable of tracking Stings designation code, that is how we can catch your robot friend by surprise.”

“Smart, but I have no idea where any of the Savior Co. outposts are.” 

“I know one, but I don't know how you will get to it, they began to set up a facility on the surface of the moon a while ago, while I was still working for them. There is bound to be a computer there.” The Midnight Wolf said as he remained sitting on the bench holding his side. 

“That would have to be our only lead, but it is way too big of a jump to go to the moon, we should try to find one on our planet first.” Luke Warm said as me and him both walked to The Midnight Wolf.

I saw out of the corner of my eye Reaper getting up and walking over here, as another portal opened and some guy with a big ax was coming through.

“What happened back there?” The man said, as he ran up and checked on Reaper, it seemed like his robot body was heavily damaged.

“Some demon had possessed another Savior Co. robot and attacked us, it then threw Reaper over here and almost killed us if you hadn't gotten us out, we would have never escaped. Thank You.” Luke Warm said.

“Another demon? This isn’t good, we are gonna need to handle this as fast as we can, this isn’t like with Dread, this thing probably wants to destroy us all.” The man with the ax said.

I guess my time to truly help is finally at hand.
